Honestly I’ve had some pretty poor experiences at Outback, but I was surprised at this Cary location. Chase, our server was killing it. The place was busy but she was able to take care of our every need. I highly recommend this location

It's an Outback, which means we know what to expect in regards to the meal and decorations,but our server Lidia was excellent and engaging to keep our late night dinner experience welcoming. There were no issues with the quality of the food the time that we had to wait for our meals, or the attention given to our experience. I would definitely go again in the neighborhood if we coukd get the same waitress.

Outback has definitely gone downhill since I last visited a couple years ago. The only thing food wise that was decent was the blooming onion. I ordered potato soup as a side and it literally came straight from the kitchen ICE COLD! Then when the girl brought it back it was microwaved so hot you couldn't eat it. Then my Alice Springs chicken entree came and again the sides were ICE COLD!!! The place was not that busy that the sides had to be plated so early. Either that or...
