Moved here from Texas where the panderias are WAY better. For the triangle area though this is the best I’ve had…. The bread is good when it’s fresh. (Normally after 12pm daily) definitely recommend only buying enough to eat within 2 days.. after that it will go stale.

Great pan dulce! Also had some artisanal bread that you usually don't find in a panaderia.

Omg!! What a find! Classic panaderia PLUS gorgeous, fun cakes. Yes, you can get your empanada de piña and cochinito jones quelled here!
I purchased 2 small tres leches cakes and 1 small chocoflan. 2/3 we're expired ?. The 1 tres leches cake that was not expired tasted very good. Please be careful when purchasing the food that is already made.I've had good experiences in the past, but today was not one of those.

Be careful when buying the large round pastries with cream cheese I guess it is? Some type of cheese. A couple of days ago I purchased about 8 and I thought the spots were some sort of topping or herb maybe. Turned out to be MOLD! I just threw them away bc I was so grossed out! I really like this place but not sure if I'll return after that bc this is very concerning in terms food safety and fresh products.

I picked up pastry there couple of times, it’s always fresh and delicious.
I recently purchased a cake from Panaderia Guadalajara for a birthday party, but was disappointed to find that it was full of mold when we opened it the next day. However, when I brought the issue to the attention of the store, they provided excellent customer service by promptly issuing a full refund and providing a complimentary replacement cake. I appreciated their quick response and willingness to make things right. Despite the initial issue with the moldy cake, the store's exemplary customer service has won my loyalty and I would certainly recommend them to others.

The bolillos are awesome, always fresh. The elephant ears are really good. Personnel is very friendly.

The sweet bread is not soft, like had been there more than a day, the ones with cream have very little compared to same I buy at other panaderías, they are not creamy, as they are cheaper in adding the cream and they are smaller pierces, I'm comparing to two panaderías where I buy and the bread is bigger, softer, creamier, and less expensive. I bought here to try because I was in that plaza. I don't recommend, won't come back
