COCKROACHES regularly in the dinning area, crawling on tables, ad this cafe in Morrisville NC. Now the THIRD TIME I have shown this two them over months, and they are still in this cafe. See photos. If they are allowing them to crawl around in the dinner area, what is happening in the kitchen area???

I ordered a bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice soup but when I looked in my bag after I got to my destination, it was a cup of chicken noodle soup. I needed soup so I ate the soup that was given because I was too far from the store. It was bland and definitely not as satisfying as what I actually ordered. Furthermore, the tag on bag states bowl of the wrong soup. I was not given a receipt that shows the individual prices but clearly I was overcharged. I logged into the mypanera website to get my customer number and see that I had a myrewards offer that the Drive-Thru did not tell me about either. I am used to more efficient service from Panera. Not used to laziness from the cashiers or the kitchen staff.
