I ordered a bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice soup but when I looked in my bag after I got to my destination, it was a cup of chicken noodle soup. I needed soup so I ate the soup that was given because I was too far from the store. It was bland and definitely not as satisfying as what I actually ordered. I found this Panera Bread location has the most better coffee than any Panera Bread location in Cary and Apex. The staff were very friend and lots of room to hang out with friends for meeting and studying.

I came to pick up a doordash order and the kitchen staff were rude and unprofessional. They filled the coffee too much and I asked for them to wipe the cup up so that it doesn't spill as I am carrying the drink or in my car and they refused to do so. How rude!
