Stopped in at 7:15 pm. Ordered a large Hazelnut coffee. Started to fill my cup, stopped, the coffee was cold. Tried the dark roast coffee, it was just as cold. Now we have to wait for someone to make new coffee .The awards points system was not working so we didn't get those points. Wasn't given a receipt.I bought two baked goods which I'll eat in the morning. I wonder if those will be stale old left overs.Cary Crossroads Panera Bread, you've reached a new low.

My first experience at this location and it was probably my best at a Panera so far! Came in for lunch around 1pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, but the line moved quick and the cashier that helped me was so accommodating! I had a request for my sandwich and she also threw in a cookie for me which I appreciated. Despite how busy it was there was a nice atmosphere and I enjoyed my food

My wife and I ate here a few weeks ago. I had the tuna sandwich with everything and broccoli cheese soup. The food and atmosphere were excellent and we were treated warmly. Unfortunately I ate too much that day and didn't feel very well afterwards, so I will be giving this place only 4 stars because eating amazing food and getting sick afterwards isn't ideal. However, I want it made clear this is a wonderful place to eat that I will come back to eat at, I just have to limit my portion sizes next time ? . Thanks for a great dining experience and good food!

Overheard manager say buzzers "don't really work"; large orders during lunch will back them up on pickup orders to the point that the app is useless and there's no "skipping the line"

This store have trouble filling the take out order correctly. This is not the first time.Latest one tonight, ordered a 4 person turkey chili which comes with 4 chips and another order of napa chicken sandwich. It was around 8:15pm.When opened the bag after reaching home, there are only 2 chips and the chili bowl was 1/4 empty. What would be the point of having checklist boxes when the server is not ticking the boxes ?

Ordered a Cobb salad with chicken for delivery. Delivery was on time but salad was all greens, one piece of avocado, 2 slices of tomato, no bacon and no chicken. I called in my complaint and 30 minutes later received another salad made correctly. We used to love this location but have been disappointed this time and on our last dine-in visit.

Trash service they were literally ignoring me the entire time. I was waiting for my order to be ready i told them delivery and they said they haven’t even started it and they dont know how long it takes but it they assumed its 20. Then i was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for the name to be called but they didn’t even call it i asked them and they said it was ready. Really making me wait 30 minutes? Understaffed to with terrible service not coming back here.

This was my first time visiting Panera Bread. I ordered two bagels; one, I wanted it toast and added cream cheese. I waited for my order for about 12 minutes, and I went to the register to cancel my order. Andre went to check to see if my order was ready, and it was. Once I got my order, my bagel was cold and hard. I didn't notice until I got in the car, and I was a little upset. I didn't bother to go back inside because I had somewhere to be. I've heard many wonderful things about Panera Bread, so I wanted to try it out. The customer service was great. Andre, who served me, was nice and pleasant.
