Hands down the best Panera around. The food is excellent and speedy, the coffee is hot, the tables are clean, the wifi is fast, they're open late, and there's a fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. Amazing.

Every time we go to this location we have a problem. It’s surprising since they usually aren’t busy. The location is convenient for us but we would rather drive further away than deal with thiis. Something is always wrong with the order and we have to return to correct it.

Was eating great and on my computer then one of the co workers was talking soo loud. She was calling out “josh” and then talking ti employers from across the room. It was really disturbing and distracting.

I’ve heard that Panera no longer bakes fresh bread and everything comes in frozen, so kept my expectations low. But the “bagels” we got were atrocious. These are not bagels at all. This is just supermarket quality bread. They have no crust, have risen way too much and there is just a tiny dot of Asiago on top. This is an abomination.

I use this Panera specifically for their catering options. Savannah is amazing to work with. They are always on time, never missing items, and provide high quality service. Will continue to use them for our business!

smooth and pleasant the experience was from start to finish. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating options, whether you’re there to enjoy a quiet meal, meet with friends, or get a bit of work done. Everything was clean and well maintained, from the dining area to the beverage station, which added to the overall comfort of the visit.
My order was prepared quickly and exactly as expected—the food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The soups and sandwiches tasted just as good as they looked, and it was clear that care went into preparation. While I didn’t have any direct interaction with the staff, the operation ran efficiently, with orders coming out on time and the dining area staying tidy throughout my visit.
Overall, this Panera Bread location delivers the consistent quality and relaxed environment that make it an easy favorite for a casual meal . It’s a great spot to enjoy good food in a calm, well-kept setting.

Don’t order breakfast for pick up. I waited 13 mins for a hard bagel that wasn’t edible.

For a Panera, it is one of the best I've been to, but this morning, they sucked. I will not rag on this Panera location, as it is my favorite of the many I have been to, and some are bad in Raleigh.

Generally good experience. The order taker was experienced and friendly. Order to was ready quickly and we'll prepared.
The table had not been wiped from the prior guest, thus the 4 star.

Literally the WORST drive through. Stopped for balck coffee and oatmeal - sat at he window for 15 minutes and had to leave without my oatmeal. At least 10 cars waiting behind me. Paid for oatmeal I didn't even get - had to leave so I wasn;t late for work. AWFUL!!!!!
