Avoid this place. Placed an order. 45 minutes later I’m notified it’s cancelled. No problem really. I called store to confirm and the guy that answered the phone told me it was NOT cancelled, but re-routed via DoorDash. Turns out he is a liar and it was not re-rerouted. It was just cancelled. When I called 30 minutes later, he admitted it was simply cancelled. Pathetic, dude. Why lie over a dang pizza? Just tell the truth.

Tonight was a BIG let down.... They had only one oven working and I respect that. But, should the quality go down. Pizza was lacking in toppings and the cookie was as hard as a rock! ☹️

Allie is an absolute gem and our Papa John’s is lucky to have her. The store seems understaffed but she works so hard to keep everything going smoothly. She remembers her customers and makes you feel welcome. Papa John’s is papa John’s, but she really does an amazing job.

Tim and the driver of the day of my delivery provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! I was frazzled on the day of a big event and messed up my order, they both treated me with kindness and assured me the order delivery time would be updated and pizzas redelivered at no cost to me. The pizzas I couldn’t use were also donated. I can’t thank them both enough!

The general manager is AWESOME! I just moved and am exhausted. Wanted to order a pizza chill out and just get ready for the work week order the pizza and DoorDash had to do the delivery. I stood outside for 15 minutes waiting on the Dasher who never came. I called the manager and he saw the same thing I saw with the Dasher, and as we were talking, he tried to call the Dasher. The Dasher hung up on him and then lied and said that he was in my area. Didn’t know how to find me couldn’t find me and left the pizza at my car. How in the world would he know what my car is lost door short the manager apologize profusely refunded me my money remake my order and I just went and picked it up what impeccable service the pizza was hot delicious and I am very pleased so thank you very much to the general manager. Who turned a bad experience into a silver lining. thank you
