Well for starters I ordered cheesy breadsticks and ask them could they put bacon on them and he told me no it wasn't on their menu to do that very disappointed because I've had it there before. The pizza I got was good but I really wanted some cheesy sticks with bacon on them Papa Pizza needs to look in on this I believe they will sell the young employee that was cleaning windows in the waiting area was very pleasant to talk with and extremely nice the cashier that waited on me and told me all this was very rude almost made me mad I started to walk out but the young guy in the waiting area is the only reason I stayed talking with him and order me a pizza that I really didn't want

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I wasted two hours of my life last night that I will never get back. I’ve been working all day. I’m from Wilmington North Carolina, so I was staying in a hotel in Raleigh. We called the Cary And ordered a pizza, wings, and drink for me and my Partner. Waited almost an hour and a half before calling back. This is almost 1:30am Just to hear that my order did not go through and they were about to close and not help me. I called back tonight to see if there was anything they could do to compensate me for the two hours that they wasted. I was told there was nothing they could do…. Very nice to know that My satisfaction is not worth two dollars of dough, sauce and cheese. Papa John’s was my go to but I will settle for Domino’s from here on out… Heck, I’ll gas station pizza before I spend money here again.

I always like coming here to get some pizza, don’t know why I didn’t post a review sooner! Iv noticed for a while now there are 2 people who are possibly deaf and signing to each other. One of them seems to know spanish too when I saw her take an order to a costumer. Very friendly place. Food always good! ??

Ordered 2 large 1-topping pizzas for take out based on seeing an ad on TV. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to extra large for something like $3 per pizza which I declined. The classic crust pizza was fine but the thin crust was horribly dry - almost inedible. I later learned the offer was actually for 1-topping Extra Large not the large they sold me.

Worst restaurant: terrible, arrogant service and dirty environment. Flies landing on every surface. They gave me the wrong pizza and, when I returned, would not give me a refund. I will not buy Papa John’s pizza again.
