I recently visited the Papa John's location on Christmas Eve, and it was a disappointing experience. The pizza was undercooked, almost raw in the middle. A group of teenagers, who seemed to be temporary workers, were hanging out inside. Many of them were eating pizza in the blind spot of the security camera, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, my order didn’t have the name on the pizza, and the staff were rude, murmuring behind customers' backs. Not the service I expected, especially on Christmas Eve. Would not recommend this location.

Unbelievable customer service! Great experience!We ordered 3 pizzas and they were delivered. Then we get a second order delivered 15 minutes later!
I was confused and apparently one of the drivers took our order on accident and was on the other side of town. Worried that the food would arrive late, the driver called the store to let them know and papa John’s made our order all over!
So now we have 6 pizzas and only paid for 3! I’d like to thank the store and the driver for going above and beyond. We didn’t know there was any error but we appreciate the integrity and customer service!
I called the store and spoke with the manager, Daniel, to let him know how much we appreciated it but honestly we were not aware of any mistakes!
Also if anyone at the Winston Hill Drive store in Cary NC can get me in touch with the gentleman driving the white Mercedes SUV we’d love to give him a tip as well! He drove away before we could do so!!!

The food and service here were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I came in 10 minutes after they closed. Google said they close at one am but that was for picking up orders placed before 12. Regardless, he let us order. He was so kind. His name is Daniel. He even brought our pizza out to our car. Unbelievable service. Great job to that guy. Gave a 4 dollar tip on an 8 dollar pizza and wish I could have given more.
