Just placed my 3rd takeout order in a week. Their banh mi sandwiches are a new favorite. Officially addicted! Fresh and wonderfully flavored. The bread is perfect (worth getting a loaf as well). Orders ready on time. Lovely friendly staff.

I adore this restaurant. I learned of it recently and have made multiple trips already! Food is terrific, reasonably priced and quick! This was a late pickup order and I didnt realize it was near closing time. I received a text shortly after my order (unexpectedly quick!) and made it to PBM just as they were closing. I received a polite phone call when i was close just to remind me of my order- i thought that was kind of them. Excellent experience and I will continue to return (but not so close to 7p closing!)

Scheduled take out order was prepared on time and ready when we arrived. Service was friendly and courteous. Ordered the banh mi sandwiches, the pork pie, and shared a cake slice. Everything was fresh, well packed, and delicious. Will definitely return.

Fantastic sandwiches. Just like what we were looking for! Fresh and still warm when I picked mine up. The prices are also very reasonable. We may have unlocked a new sandwich addiction here!

A hidden Gem. I cook and eat Vietnamese food all my life and Paris Banh Mi B1 special combination sandwich is very good!! The young ladies who work there offer friendly and prompt service. The environment is nice with plenty of seats for big gathering. When I order my sandwiches, I go for buy 5 get 1 free and literally eat them all week long and not tired of eating them. If you buy that many, just ask the vegetables on the side. I also ask to have less pate, no mayo, and no xa xiu on my B1 combination only because it's a preference and it's so much more delicious without them.
Update: My visit 2 days ago, the Xa Xiu meat is made perfectly no longer too salty or dry and the pate amount is just right. I don't need to change anything, except I am not a mayo fan.

Bahn mi and milk tea are always ready. The boba is always soft and have the right chew. Rarely can I eat a whole sandwich myself - quite filling. Thanks, y’all!
Very disappointed. This is the Subway of Vietnamese sandwiches. The meat was overcooked and the flavors were just ok. But what took this from a 4 to 3 star rating was the chicken bone I found in my sandwich. I was given a sandwich refund, but with the amount of good banh mi shops in the area I have no intention of returning.

We were hungry on our way to the airport to return home and this was near our route. Boy are we glad we stopped here! Both got veggie banh mi and I got a special drink also and they were all great. Huge, generous, tasty sandwiches with perfect bread. Fun mural too. We want to come back on a future visit to the area. Thanks!
Note that they are more of a lunch thing - close 5ish or 6ish in the evening.
