I placed a pickup order. Got some banh mis and egg rolls. Unfortunately the egg rolls were raw and not hot or warm. 3 out of 4 of the egg rolls were raw. I was not able to eat the banh mis as I had stomach issues the rest of the day...and no sure if it's safe to eat.

We've been a few times. First time was the grand opening and it was so busy. Food took a looooong time, but we figured they were new and figuring things out so no big deal.

Second time they were having issues with their computer and it took them a while to make our drinks, but it happens.

Third time we went and ordered 3 drinks, two of them are the same drink without toppings. We were the only people in the store and it took over 10 minutes to make the drinks. The employees stopped making the drinks to talk, dance, and laugh at their phones.

Don't go here if you are anywhere else to be, they are very slow.

The food is pretty good. Not my favorite bahn mi in the area, but still good. Having the choice of croissant or roll is nice. If someone offered to get me the food I'd eat it and be happy, but I don't ever choose to come here for the food.

The two times we got baked goods the bags they come in were sticky because they just use a gloved hand to move them from the tray to a bag, but they swap hands so the food is getting all over the bag when they pick it up. The made to order food is better than their bakery items for sure.

Thai tea here is very strong and I love that. They do seem to use a ton of ice and also have the highest priced drinks out of all the places we frequent. The menu is also split for cash/card pricing, which just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The drinks are already being over charged for and then I need to cover their merchant fee if I use a card.

Atmosphere is nice and clean. What you expect from a boba spot, some cheap mirrors on the wall and a plant/flower wall with a neon sign to take pictures in front of.

I'd say there are much better options in the area for nearly everything that is on offer here, and you can likely get the better options at a lower price.

A bit overpriced for the quality, like most places nowadays. Cute inside with a fun little photo op; girl at the register did forget a few things and when reminded seemed annoyed and didn't heat it up, so we ended up having to take it home- pretty standard all around.

Its a Sandwich place and a bakery. Tried their shredded chicken on french baguette and croissant. Baguette was much better, croissant was too buttery. Seating is limited, it's almost like a joint where they expect you to pick n go.

We tried their cheese cake and it was completely late down. It was at least a 3 to 4 days old, hard and stale. I complained but one of girl told me that they actually buy these from someone else and don't make it themselves. 7.5$ for that cheese cake was total bust.

Overall it was a okay experience nothing special.

Just go! Best Banh mi in the Raleigh area! Small family run restaurant, yes it’s a franchise, but hardworking local owners. If you like banh mi, don’t miss out on this location!

As someone who grew up in Saigon, I can confidently say that the banh mi here is fantastic! My friend tried it for the first time and loved it too!

I was pleasantly surprised by the boba drinks—definitely on par with places that specialize in them!

The Korean corndogs are a delightful addition; not many places serve them, so I’m really glad they do!

I also can't resist the pastries; I end up buying a bunch every time I visit LOL

The staff is incredibly sweet. One time, I arrived a bit late to pick up my order after closing, and even though the entrance was locked, they still let me in to grab my food. It was my fault for ordering last minute, but they were so understanding!

Overall, a wonderful place with great food and friendly service :)

We had the combo Bahn mi, potato corn dog that was half cheese half meat, and the pork pie. It was all phenomenal!

The Bahn mi was packed with flavor and meat, the veggies were well pickled, bread nice and crisp outside and soft inside.

The potato corn dog was really hot and the cheese was super melty, but had a nice crispy exterior. The hot dog itself was a quality meat. The pork pie had tons of seasoning and the pastry was soft and flaky.

Highlight was the service, the cashier was super helpful and gave honest recommendations and all his recs were delicious. The prices were also great for the amount of food you got. I didn’t try any of the sweets or tea but I will definitely be back to try them and have some more of their savory options!
