An incredibly rude worker decided it was her right to be in the single stall ladies room, talking on her cell phone, for over 10 mins, while we waited in line for the bathroom. We knocked three times. She walked out of the bathroom as arrogant as can be, chatting in her phone, with no regard for paying patrons to use the restroom. We did speak with the manager but this kind of behavior needs to be exposed and employees need to be re-trained that they are representing the establishment when they exhibit this type of behavior!

I loved Peiwei for gluten free options. It tastes good, But they have reduced the portion size which is a bummer.

The food was fine. There wasn’t many customers. I arrived right before 7pm. Before I left at 7:15 (they close at 8pm) they had dumped the teas and threw out the lemons and oranges. It seemed like they cared more about getting out early than taking care of the customers. Tonight was the 2nd time this happened where teas and other items were not available.

What happened?! Saturday night, only a few people at the restaurant. Food seems more like mall food now. Ordered double portion of chicken in meals, but was given regular portions. Rice was old and chewy. Sticky table. This place used to be amazing! Was sad to hear Apex location folded. Are they giving up?
Have not been for long time. Food is good but not as good as I remember. Helpful staff. Lightly staffed so was not so clean in lobby or restroom this day.

The Mongolian beef was hot and it tasted good. However, I think I received a lunch portion instead of a dinner portion. This picture shows the portion.

Food is good but service is horrible. There were only 3 tables occupied but the to go counter was backed up because orders were not being done anywhere close to on time. The 2 employees were snapping at each other in front of customers which didn't help. Sad that the service level has dropped so much.
