These subs are as phenomenal as the employees, which is A+
Expensive. Sandwich gets soggy quick, not much ingredients on sub, fries very crispy on verge of being burnt. Small portion of fries for cost. Food made our stomach hurt. Shoes were sticking to floor. Place was empty should have been a sign.
I really like that they wait to drop my fries till I get there to pick up my order.
Amazing is an understatement!!!
Went during the week, and it must have been when school was letting out, not busy at all. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and it looked like they just cleaned... As always, my food was great! Went with the chicken parm and a med fry and a couple of their cookies, so good!
They were only place open thru a nasty storm! I love this place.
My friend took me here today and neither of us have been here before. Way better service and food than subway for sure.
I've never been here before but definitely coming back the Philly cheese steak was delicious and employees was nice.
I like when service is friendly, fast and hot. I'm glad this pennstation was clean too.
Asked to make sure something was included in my sandwhich and they didn't listen and put it on anyhow. Had to throw our the entire sandwhich, waste of money. Horrible parking as well.

I recently visited Penn Station East Coast Subs in Cary (NC) and had the chance to try their Classic Philly Cheesesteak and Classic Italian, and both were absolutely off the hook! The Classic Italian really hit the spot for my craving of quality Italian meats and cheese. I recommend it cold, as it lets the flavors of the meats shine through. The Philly Cheesesteak, served fresh from the oven, was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The combination of the tender beef, melted cheese, and seasoning made every bite a delight. The subs were so good, I couldn’t even stop to take a picture—which, as a foodie, is saying a lot! I usually make sure to snap a photo before digging in, but these sandwiches were just too tempting to wait. Plus, the restaurant has outdoor seating, which is a great perk if you're visiting with your pet(s).
The staff here were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for great sandwiches!

The workers were decent/kind, but the food was just okay, not much flavor in the turkey avocado wrap at all. But honestly, the main thing was how dirty the place was, starting with just walking in/through the glass doors…covered in dirt and clearly needing deep windex cleaning….and then the tables and the chairs both dirty, the metal railing near booths were so filthy, just disgusting as if it’s never been cleaned before. I don’t think this place would pass a health or sanitation inspection. The inside needs some serious cleaning with real cleaners not just a wet cloth. It was “slow business” when we went around 3:30pm but workers didn’t seem to see all the dirt around them needing to be removed and cleaned. Between the low flavor and filthy inside, we have no desire to return. There are plenty of other sub stores out there.

First time trying Penn Station subs and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the service I got, specifically from the kid behind the cash register. Was waiting for over half an hour, a bunch of people who came after us were getting their food to the point all was left was my wife and I there still waiting on our order. The guys making the subs just start randomly staring at me and I decide to go up to them to ask about my order just for the kid to tell me he accidentally gave it to someone else…so then he tells me he’ll remake it 5 minutes…well over 15 minutes later he finally says our order name. Realizing he didn’t call out our name the first time when he gave our order to someone else Im thinking why even ask for a name for the order if you not even gonna call it out, makes no sense to me. At least the food was good but service awful and they didn’t seem to wanna make it right.
