Penn Station East Coast Subs

I think that was the best Italian stub I've ever had. Actually, it was THE best Italian sub I've ever had! I had it grilled on white bread. The end.

The food was warm and fresh, and tasted great. I asked for a modification to my sandwich, which was repeated back to me and then not done correctly. I asked for sauce for my fries which was not in the to go bag. I opened up my sandwich in the car, which was wrapped poorly and spilled/made a mess. There were also no napkins in the bag. Overall, food tasted good, but definitely would not recommend for eating on the go, and make sure to check your bag before you leave!

Stopped to pick up 4 subs while passing through for dinner. I drove an additional 2 hours only to find out our orders were incorrect. Just like that 4 sandwiches for $60 wasted. It was a failure to follow instructions that were repeated multiple times. They were friendly and the restaurant was clean though.

Only my second time here, but they made my sub wrong. I asked for no mushrooms, but the sub was FILLED with mushrooms. Luckily, it's a preference (and not an allergy), so I was able to pick them out. Also, not all of the fries were fresh. There were old fries mixed in with new. Haven't had my cookie yet... hopefully it's as good as they advertise. Not sure if I'll be going back, given the price I paid.

I’m from Philly and this cheese steak always hits right. Best part about it, it is consistently good whenever I get a craving. people that work there are great, love this spot!

The amount of meat they put in my sub was pitiful. Almost none. I feel ripped off.

Quiet for lunch because school is out for the summer but the restaurant and bathrooms were spotless. GM was very personable and very concerned that I enjoyed my meal. Staff even remembered the upsell for cookies at the register.

Expensive. Sandwich gets soggy quick, not much ingredients on sub, fries very crispy on verge of being burnt. Small portion of fries for cost. Food made our stomach hurt. Shoes were sticking to floor. Place was empty should have been a sign.

I really like that they wait to drop my fries till I get there to pick up my order.

Went during the week, and it must have been when school was letting out, not busy at all. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and it looked like they just cleaned... As always, my food was great! Went with the chicken parm and a med fry and a couple of their cookies, so good!
