I love penn station but the person working the cash register with a badge necklace around his neck is so mean for no reason. I’ll be back because I love penn station but if he continues to work at this location and being awful for no reason I’ll soon stop and I’m sure your losing other businesses because of this guy.Parking: Lunch time you have to park really far sometimes

Solid east coast style sandwiches! Definitely one of the better ones in town. The toasted turkey sandwich is delicious!

I bought two sub combos from the morrisville location. On the way home, my kids decided they wanted a sub too so we stopped at this location in Cary. After we got our sandwiches, my kids went back in with our cups from the other location and refilled them. The young lady working (ice blond) told the kids to dump them out or pay for them.Upon learning this, I went inside to explain that we’d just bought the combos an hour ago, thinking there’d been a misunderstanding. The same employee (I’m assuming her title as there weren’t any name tags) casually replied “I mean yea… we’re not really the same”; which I concluded she was referencing their franchise status.Regardless of the fact, they’re drinks…. And the drinks were already poured and you asked CHILDREN to pour them out or pay.Poor customer service.

The store was super busy with about 3 employees working there. They did the best they could with the volume. Some customers were getting their food before others who were waiting longer. I didn’t even get a “Sorry about the wait” like some of the customers were told. The food was hot and ok but there were only like 8 fries in my cup.

The sandwich was smaller than other sub restaurants. Quality was good.

Went to this place and wasn't greeted by none of the staff when I walked in the door because I'm Black. I ordered my food and watched multiple white people come inside and everyone greeted them one by one with great big smiles. Sad to see that everyone still isn't treated the same because of the color of there skin.

They sure do seem to run out of bread around 8pm every single night. It's also like the employees use this as a way to drive away potential customers.Or you can just wait 5-10 minutes for them to actuallyunfreeze the bread

Come here all the time with friends and by myself, and always get my order perfect, not to mention the beyond-friendly service. Best sub place by far.

This was our first time trying the restaurant. We got a coupon so thought we would give it a try. The prices were kind of high in relation to the portions on the sandwich. We got a bit which only had 3 slices of bacon. The Italian sub was pretty good. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. There was barely any meat on the sandwich to the point I could not even taste it. I was charged additional for Swiss cheese (that I did not order). I just wanted the provolone cheese that the menu states it came with. It was one small slice of cheese that was cut in half, so the sandwich was mostly bread. The fries were ok, but they were hot, which was a nice change of pace. I really feel what we ordered was not worth what we spent (over $35). Probably won’t return, which is so disappointing.Parking: Convenient spots along both sides of the restaurant.

Our order was wrong, cashier didn't know how to deal with CB coupons, we were over charged. Plus a lady was allowed to have a dog in the restaurant. This was our first and last visit.

The first time I heard about this Penn Station was on a YouTube ad. I had to travel over an hour to come to this place. I enjoyed the Steak and cheese sub. I shared this place on Facebook and my cowboy boots is on the floor mat.

The guys working here are great, and the food is excellent. Just wish the owner of this location would keep more than 2 people on evening shifts. Every time I place an online order (6 or 7 times now), I wait 15 mins to go get it and then it’s another 10-15 minute wait when I get to the store. Too many customers for not enough workers.
