I placed my order on the app with my T-Mobile reward, and the app showed I would pay $2.19, but when I checked when I got home and I was charged $7.19 without my authorization.

Here visiting Raleigh first time in life order a pizza around 8 o’clock the driver that took the Uber driver or whatever they took the order sent me a picture, saying he delivered in my hands, never happened the picture show that he delivered on the side of the road there was the worst place I ever heard of the Uber driver and the pizza hut was not good at all. The service was terrible. We didn’t get to eat nothing that night supper because they all lied $60 worth of food.

I love Pizza Hut and I order often. Tonight I received an ultimate bundle and there was hair in my pizza. I literally pulled hair out of my mouth and was instantly disgusted. The gentleman on the phone started out very rude and he then proceeded to call someone on the phone whom I could only hear echoes from their voice. Quintin Hadkins and Rakia Hadkins made the decor hang up on me when I asked for a corporate number or someone to speak to above them. There was no manager present to handle the call and Rakia the RGM was not in the store just yelling over the phone. This is poor on so many different levels and I will make sure to never from them again. I was told a refund would be issued but I’m not sure that will go through because of the poor customer service. Terrible customer service and accuracy of order. I never ever write bad reviews but this was terrible. Reached out 2 separate times for being charged for part of my order I never received. They would not give me a refund or make the food I paid for, and never received.

The manager at this location is very nasty and I’m glad that I was going to pay in cash cause I never received my order. I called to see where my order was, she wasn’t the friendliest and wasn’t very helpful. I called more than once and all times she was rude. IM GLAD I WAS PAYING IN CASH CAUSE I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND JUST BASED OFF HER ATTITUDE.

Stay away from this place. The pizza is always soggy. They gave me credit for another pizza I used it and the next pizza is so soggy it falls apart when you try and pick up a slice. Go to papa johns or domino's. This place is awful and the people there really don't care.

Worst customer service. White guy with long blonde hair caught an attitude with me because he didn't realize he was working on my order and couldn't find it in the heater. I walk in and tell him I ordered through door dash, this is the day after snow so I'm assuming they were closing early and getting crammed with orders, which was clearly stressing him out. When I went to pickup my order the door was locked cause he was getting ready for shutdown, even though the heater was FULL of pizzas waiting to be picked up. I then tell him my name and it's through doordash, he can't find it and asked wha I ordered, couldnt find it and asked how much I paid, couldn't find and then asked what time I placed the order, like how much information do you need? He was attempting to look it up through phone number but never even asked me for that! Once he realized he was working on it and that's why he couldn't find it, he attempts to explain himself snapping at me as if I'm not providing him with the correct information. If you can't find the order from the name, price, order time, and actual order, YOU are the problem. As I leave he slams the door twice. Don't be upset with me cause you're an in idiot.
