Just came back for the first time since it's changed from a pizzeria to a cafe. Fantastic food, great coffee! Great to see them thriving! The fine fine wine is an adorable new touch.

The place boast a very beautiful layout and build I like the way that it is traditional Rustique and urban. it’s very aesthetic and pleasing to the eyes, especially in the location being Cary so you can’t go wrong with that. The flavors are very mediocre and I know that they would pass off to the uninitiated. The flavors could use some work, especially just for traditional pasta sauce, and Italian accoutrement. I spent $100 on four plates, including tip. I feel that the bread needs to be proofed a little longer. It did not digest well for me and the quality of food. I feel overall should be taking a little bit more seriously for the prices that they charge, I do not mind paying top dollar for good food, but I feel that the flavor on my turkey on focaccia was lacking. The texture of my gnocchi could have been better I felt that the sizing of it was a little bit big even if it is homemade. The farrow salad was for me a tiny amount of greens mostly of that carbohydrates in weirdly size chunks of turkey. The pizza is passable I went for the cold Burrata. I liked that instead of putting cheese. It was sauced with the burrata as the only cheese. I would add something to add a little bit more texture and a little layer flavor that I could enjoy. A little NEW that they wanted to take your order standing up and expect a heavy tip. Is it cool to try? Yes, would I come here again no

Faulisi Caffè & Enoteca, situated in the heart of downtown Cary, is a must-visit for lovers of wood‑fired pizza and thoughtful Italian fare. With its friendly atmosphere, high‑quality ingredients, wine corner, and warm service, it feels like a culinary home away from home.

Decorated with personal touches—family photos of owners Zach and Amber—the cafe feels like a true local gem.

Hands down top 3 best Italian sandwiches I've ever had, thats coming from a chef thats makes his own charcuterie. Roasted carrot side dish was also fantastic. Staff was very hospitable as well.

Will be back again and again!

The coffee here is spectacular! My barista, Savvy, was very proud of the fact that all of the syrups were made in-house.

I also got a spectacular margherita pizza :) the bread was divine

Edit to add: my favorite barista Savvy no longer works at this Cafe :(

The wood feed pizza was the best pizza I've had here in NC. Let's not forget the roasted cauliflower, that was put of this world!
