One of the best local restaurants in Cary. Super knowledgeable and welcoming staff, with great recommendations and personal interactions. Colleen was our server and took great care of us. While their menu is smaller, they execute it all so well. The menu is made with fresh and high quality ingredients! We got the arugula salad, soppressata pizza and caramel cheesecake which were all amazing. Our server Colleen recommend we try their house flight of vermouths which were great to learn about and taste. Highly recommend this little hidden gem in downtown cary. The perfect weekend lunch spot!

My favorite place to eat pizza. It truly is fabulous, from the atmosphere to the best pizza you eat. You will be hooked from that very first bite. I promise they will not disappoint. The gnocchi was to die for and I can’t wait for our next visit. We do go every other month. I would eat there every week if I could. When the owner recognizes you every time you visit and she takes the time to come and have a conversation with, wow, that is cool. Thank you again for another wonderful visit.

The pizza was good, some black burned crust affecting 2 slices but overall good. The pineapple on the pizza looked to be almost crumbled, that was a new to us. Sparkling rose was served, at best, room temp; when asked if they had anything more chilled we were told that it all comes from the same wine fridge. As a general rule, sparkling alcoholic beverages such as rose and Prosecco are supposed to be served pretty chilled and crisp. Beet appetizer was a presented on a saucer; it consisted of pickled (aka not freshly cooked) bitter beets with a few nuts, disappointing and basic. Ambiance was meh. Although it was not busy, staff seemed overwhelmed.

The best pizza. It is so tasteful and fresh. I love the different ingredients I use on the pizza. We also love the baked cauliflower appetizer highly recommend.

Pizzas are very delicious! Service is friendly and attentive. They ask about food allergies before you order which I believe is important.

Went there yesterday all excited been waiting all day, I went with my wife my 23 month old son and our good friend. Parking was ok wasn't terrible next to the pizzeria, walked in was definitely smaller than we expected but that doesn't matter we came for the food right! They sat us down and right away ppl started looking at us I guess because we had a toddler made us feel a little weird but whatever, our waiter comes over and my wife asks for the menus since there was only the alcohol menu on the table, and asked for a drink he come back with a warm Pepsi can and asks if she wants ice and she kindly said yes please, he comes back with a small little cup with like 3 ice cubes and was like are you guys ready to order and we're like where's the menu? Comes back we order within a few mins, my son's pizza came out with the appetizers fairly quick which was good, and we tried to get him to eat the pizza well that wasn't happening so as a parent you're not going to let your kid not eat, I decided to look for other options and decided to go to McDonalds, we come back just in time for the pizza, we sit down and started eating, Pizza looked good a little flimsy but good taste then the waiter comes over to our table for the 1st time all afternoon "I am sorry we can't have you bring outside food for him because of cross contamination" I was like we ordered 3 appetizers and 3 pies and the poor kid hasn't eaten anything that's not right and he's like I'm sorry, we then asked can we put it something then he came over with a huge pizza box and we put it in there as people stared, ambiance was not what we expected, if you have small children bring extra food something they eat, not all children are the same....

Their pizzas are great for sure but unfortunately they don’t take reservations so we haven’t been able to get a table in over a year. They close early for a restaurant and just aren’t that accommodating to serve customers since they won’t even do take out. A pizza joint that won’t do take out? I guess they’re too hoity-toity for that. We’ve given up on coming here again.

Faulisi is by far my favorite pizza place in North Carolina, maybe even the best restaurant in North Carolina. Everybody is amazing, from the owner to the servers to the chef. One waiter who I am pretty sure his name was Sam, and he was so accommodating. The food is even better, I have tried all types and they never fail to satisfy my hunger. This is an amazing place for lunch, dinner, and even desert!

Best fire roasted pizza around! While we haven't dined in, the take out experience was quick and easy. Looking forward to dining in sometime soon! Also, the pizza with arugula and lemon is the best!

One of our all time favorite date night locations and the first choice when family and friends are in town. Big check next to all the things we expect - Great food, service, and ambiance. Next time you are on the hunt for a great wood fired pizza, salad, drinks and don't forget the fresh made deserts with an espresso, check out Pizzeria Faulisi.

I'm sure the food is great, but it is systemically impossible to eat here on a weekend. Our family is 2/2 for being denied a table despite multiple open tables for 15+ minutes before our eyes. They do NOT take reservations, they do NOT have a weekend take out, and if you arrive 3 hours before they close, their wait list is 'full'. Finally, there is not a fall back wait list for customers ready to camp for the food. Unfortunately, this business is too understaffed to sustain the demand. If you want to successfully eat here on a weekend, show up 4 hours before dinner, or expect to be denied your patronage and disappointment.
