Best sandwich ever and the churro shake was to die for

I ordered a fully loaded Italian. The only thing fully loaded was the price tag and the manager’s attitude. I explained how this is not what I ordered and she told me “I need to order more carefully on the app next time.” She did not offer any remedy or solution to make me a happy customer. The WHOLE surgery center will not be ordering from here again. Ordered on 9/19/25 around 1200. Manager was a lady.

Stopped in for a late lunch, wasn’t busy at all. The lady making my sandwich was friendly and the sandwich was good. I had the large A Wreck, sufficient amount of meet and cheese and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The pickles are huge, wish I could just get a quarter with my sandwich. Great for a quick bite, will be back.

I first encountered Potbelly in Washington, DC, but recently discovered they've got a couple right here in NC. In my opinion, they take the best parts of other chains and implement them all in one place. There is plenty of meat, the veggies are fresh, they toast the sandwiches and they have cookies. Flavors have always been good in my experience, and if I have the choice, I'll prefer Potbelly over other sandwich/sub chains.
I’ve been going to potbelly for years and the customer service has never been an issue. I went in to pick up a remake since my previous order was incorrect. The employee (idk if it was a manager or what) was rude. She tried to scold me like I was one of her employees letting me know I was late (a few minutes). She tried to say she was waiting on me. Why? The store doesn’t close until 9…at this point it’s 3:45 my order pick up was 3:30. I kindly let her know that there was traffic and honestly it wasn’t her business. My order wasn’t even in the pick up area. Until the issue is addressed I’m not interested in picking up food from this location.

Enjoyed your experience here. The store was understaffed and the manager was gracious about everything.
Loved our sandwiches! Lots of hot peppers, which truly makes the chicken cheddar sando pop in my experience. Thoroughly enjoyed them mine, and my brother enjoyed the wreck with everything.
Would definitely recommend it!
