The previous review 5 minutes before mine is right, just go to the one in Garner. You could tell our waitress was new. We asked what beers were on tap and she said, I don't know and just stood there. She didn't offer to check or anything. She got our drinks and my wife asked for a Sam Adams seasonal, which was clearly on the list of today's beers. Waitress said, I think we only have the regular one. Again, she didn't check or anything. We ordered an appetizer of Queso Fundido. It came out cold and there was a hair in the dip. We decided it was time to go somewhere else. We immediately offered to pay for our drinks. Luckily, manager comped it and was very apologetic. I type this as we are heading to the one Garner...

Waitress was nice but only checked for refills once out of the hour and a half that we were there. That first hour was not voluntary as it took an hour for two dishes to come out. I ordered sweet potatoes fries with that order just to not get them with the rest of our food. Also had to ask two different times for them. Only received them after I finished eating the full entree and regular fries they gave me. Also had to ask a passing waitress for silver ware ending up with my food becoming rather cold in the process. Also had a dish come out cold from the pass in the first place. It was a Saturday night but doesn’t seem particularly busy and bustling. Honestly just go to the one in garner.

Overall Score: 3.9/10
New place. Ordered online for takeout; website was fine but no Apple Pay. Kids menu didn’t allow Parmesan broccoli. Place seemed busy, order was ready on time, staff seemed nice. No fork, napkins, or ketchup in the bag.
Bbq burger 6.9/10
Good overall with fair pricing. Bread was perfectly toasted, decent size, and the sauce amount was right. Steak fries were seasoned but felt like any other steak fries.
Chicken Cesar wrap 2.1/10
About 20 bucks for the wrap with broccoli, which felt insanely high. It seemed like they forgot the dressing, as the wrap was really bland.

This is the worst Red Robin I’ve ever been to. The tables were half wiped down with food and crumbs still on them. The windowsill was disgusting with webs and food crumbs. They took the blinds down so the sun is glaring in your eyes. The service was not good. I was skeptical about our gluten free order as it did not come out with the usual purple pick and separated from other food. Overall, this place needs to work on deep cleaning and better service.

We have been coming to this Red Robin for years but never have we encountered such a drop in service and cleanliness. We arrived at 12:20pm and waited for several minutes before an employee came to seat us, even though half the restaurant was empty. Upon using the ladies room, it was discovered that the garbage can was overflowing, soap was out, all the stalls were out of or had very little toilet paper in them. In fact, one stall was missing the toilet paper holder so the roll of TP was just sitting on the floor! Seriously?? I grabbed the 4 unopened rolls sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser and placed one in each stall because no one deserves to walk into a restroom like that. Also, I don't think the feminine product trash cans have been emptied in forever because they were full and stunk.
The food was delivered without silverware, napkins, or the dressing requested. It took another 5 minutes for those items to be delivered so we could actually eat
Needless to say, between the wait time to be seated, order, and food delivered (with a half empty restaurant) and the state of the restroom, we will not be back for a while.

Made a order with my family to substitute and add different things and they miss my extra burger and no season on the fries after the fries I ask for a manger and she was at the table less then a minute nice and respectful she listen to my concerns and also GM came after check on us about everything else. BUT THAT BURGER 🔥🔥.

We had the $9.99 Burger Special. It was very good, and we appreciated the smaller sized burger.

Even when short staffed and on a slow night, the employees made us feel welcome and had good attention based on how busy they were. The food was great, service was good, and the place was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Our waitress Hailey was so kind and patient! It was my first visit and because of her hospitality, combined with a delicious burger and chips, I’ll definitely be back! Hopefully the milkshake machine will work for the next round. ;)

They were very accepting of my service dog and extremely respectful when I had a seizure while eating. They didn't crowd me, and allowed my family to take care of me during it and didn't insist on calling 911 which is very commonly my problem in public. The staff there respected me and my family and service dog very much and I appreciate that so very much.
This location has really gone down the drain. We dropped in on a weekend evening and noticed that the place was almost empty. That should have been our first cue to stay away but we decided to go in anyway. Even though it was not busy at all, we had to wait 5 minutes for the hostess to come and seat us. She did not greet us, literally said nothing. I asked for a table then she grabbed some menus and walked away. I assumed that this meant that we should follow her so we did. Once seated it took another 7-8 minutes for our server to come by. The entrees were just okay and the bottomless fries were a joke. They gave us a comically small portion of fries with each entree. The server never asked us if we wanted refills of fries or drinks so we always had to flag her down to get more. That being said, we won’t be going back to this Red Robin location.
