So I just spent two hours trying to get a coupon to work. Not only is their customer service number not available anywhere, I got transferred four times to get to someone who could "help." (Why did i spend this long? I was at my desk anyway, and by the time I got to the third transfer, so I was kind of invested.) After explaining the situation and being put on hold two more times with them having no idea how to fix this problem, I was only offered a $10 credit, because they only have $5, $10, and $15. The pizza is $12, and you might think I'm being petty over $2 and tax, but mind you, this is a corporation and I'm one person. I do like their burgers and fries, but it's nothing you couldn't get somewhere else, and I'm definitely not coming back after this. I've given them plenty of grace after the multiple times this particular location has messed up my order (wrong cheese, wrong burger, adding condiments I didn't ask for, etc) and I'm all out. I'd recommend going to another chain and spending your money wisely.

Host sat us at dirty table
We were brought dirty silverware by host and he didn't even hold it by handles, had his hands on part that goes into your mouth. It wasn't rolled to wrapped. Had straw wrappers and food debris stuck to it.
Server took 10 minutes to get to us and we never saw her again unless we stopped her.
Her section only has 3 tables sat, and rest of the tables were dirty.
Burger came out rare, ordered well done. Flagged server down, manager brought me a new burger 25 minutes later. She said she would take it off but either forgot or got busy and it wasn't off. Had to track down someone to remind her. 10 minutes later it's fixed but we can't use rewards now. We had to physically go tell the manager ourselves because our server was MIA. Finally fixed that too.
Machine wouldn't take my card, left cash on table and left.

I went here to eat dinner with my wife. We waited almost an hour from the time we sat till the time our food came. By the time the food came it was all cold. The manager Jenna said she would take care of our bill and bring us another plate. When the 2nd plate came my food was good but my wife’s burger was cooked medium rare and unfortunately she doesn’t eat burgers unless it’s well done so she didn’t eat it. The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because the manager Jenna was very nice and accommodating.
My order of crispy chicken salad came minus chicken. So disappointed

It was ok the food was good but they must have been very short staffed as we had to flag down someone every time we needed something also they had no real silverware, said they were short on it, so gave out plastic spoons and forks. Don’t know that would go to this one again as it is the second time that service was like this

I've eaten at this location multiple times a year since my family and I love it. But the takeout needs work my last two orders had issues including today. I ordered a salad with extra dressing, the salad was made in the container upside down ( the label sticker was on the correct side, the toppings were on the bottom of the container) NO SALAD DRESSING BUT THEY PUT CAMPFIRE MAYO IN THERE AND NO FORK BUT THEY THREW IN A SPOON. THE ONION RINGS COME WITH TWO SAUCES BUT HAD NO SAUCE WHATSOEVER. USED THE MAYO FROM THE SALAD BOX AND HAD NOTHING FOR THE SALAD BUT A SPOON. SMH NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR TAKEOUT UNTIL NOW. EAT IN FOR BETTER QUALITY FOOD AND YOUR CORRECT ORDER. THIS LOCATION USE TO BE BETTER WITH TAKEOUT

It took forever for the food to come out, after that it was impossible to get more drinks, silverware or anything, I had to eat my coleslaw with my hands, every single person was nowhere to be found
And they asked for a tip when paying!!!

I don’t like writing unfavorable reviews. I believe many folks enjoy writing them just to be mean. Here is my review of our visit today. Our first server had to be swapped out by the manager due to being just plain rude. Everyone’s entitled to a bad day. The second server could not have been more pleasant. We like going to Red Robin for the onion ring tower. Ours was overcooked so badly that they were dark brown in color and had to be cut with knife and fork. The two burgers our group had were fine but the chicken sandwich I had was dark brown/black on the outside and raw on the inside. No flavor and difficult to chew. As we had an issue early on with the server we didn’t want to complain further. We try to be decent customers so we paid the nearly $80 bill and left. It will be difficult for us to dine at this store again.

One of my favorite family restaurants because of the wonderful team here and the food choices! It’s always great when we go as a family of 5, there are some decent clean video games are available for the kids to play on the table kiosk while waiting, I’ve gone during the daytime and evening.
