Our visit today was amazing! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. We enjoyed our visit and will be back!

Went here the other day, first of all the host was strange and scaring my familyr a bit. We were seated and he still was acting strange but we ignored him. While waiting for him to clean off the table I noticed the score so then I asked the server why the health score was so low and he said they're under new management blah blah it'll be better he was obviously uncomfortable. So I walked out and this score was just recently posted I noticed.. so I looked up what it was before that and low and behold it was only a few points LOWER. I encourage you all to look it up you won't even believe the number. I've never seen a place as low

When we first entered the hostess was talking on her phone and took a few minutes for her to seat us. Ben was our waiter and was great other than that the experience was just OK. The mashed potatoes are instant and runny. The onion rings were the frozen type. They did not restock salad bar at 5:00 and I know that thet had no lunch rush considering how empty the restaurant was. The sanitation score was 83.5 which made me ill just thinking about it. The sanitation score is nowhere near the entrance so you only see it while exiting

We sat down with Will today. A very nice guy. Everything came out pretty quickly and are food was delicious. The store looks really clean and the music playing was great. Overall a great team here at Ruby Tuesday..

Had a man named Ben as a server today. Such a sweet young man and with such nice hair!! Can't wait to visit him again, He helped us so much and the cook was excellent. We got the salad bar and a burger and it was so good. :)))))

Came in today for lunch and was hesitant when I saw the score. I'm so glad I decided to stay! I was greeted by a very polite young man who sat me in the bar area. My server Leah was very attentive and kind, excellent service. The restaurant was cleaner than I remember from times before. It was rather busy for a Thursday but none the less the staff was all kind and seemed on top of their game. Will definitely be coming back soon!

it seemed understaffed but it was a holiday. food very salty instead of flavorful. rest room was dirty. how do you have 3 stalls in a rest room and only one sink?

Service was amazing. Ben was our server. He was sweet, very courteous and kind. Food was fresh and hot. We were kind of put off by the server ( we came in around 6pm today). He kept coming to the table and was very over the top. We were trying to have a family dinner and talk and we couldn't. I believe in great customer service but he was a little too much. Over all a wonderful experience. And I can no rave enough about Ben. He was very on top of things without being too over the top.

I was hesitant to go to this location due to the mixed reviews but our waiter was very nice, seated immediately, inside was clean, and the food was good. Perhaps just go see for yourself. Dinner was good I'd go back to this location.
