Best Ruby's around. They take good care of you and the staff works really hard. Food always comes out nice and never had to wait for a drink refill ask for will when you go and he will take care of you. Recommend to everyone

I showed up at 12:30pm on Tuesday, 7/23. As I was walking to the front door from my car, I saw an employee look out the front door right at me and then they apparently ran and hid. I stood where a host would normally be stationed for 10 minutes and did not see one employee in the place. Then I looked up and noticed their health score was 83.5 and I ran out of there so fast. I've had mostly terrible experiences at this location. Went online and saw their health code violations. Time to close up shop.

They have many gluten free options. The waiter was very helpful with this aspect. The salad bar is always on point.

Went here the other day, first of all the host was strange and scaring my familyr a bit. We were seated and he still was acting strange but we ignored him. While waiting for him to clean off the table I noticed the score so then I asked the server why the health score was so low and he said they're under new management blah blah it'll be better he was obviously uncomfortable. So I walked out and this score was just recently posted I noticed.. so I looked up what it was before that and low and behold it was only a few points LOWER. I encourage you all to look it up you won't even believe the number. I've never seen a place as low

When we first entered the hostess was talking on her phone and took a few minutes for her to seat us. Ben was our waiter and was great other than that the experience was just OK. The mashed potatoes are instant and runny. The onion rings were the frozen type. They did not restock salad bar at 5:00 and I know that thet had no lunch rush considering how empty the restaurant was. The sanitation score was 83.5 which made me ill just thinking about it. The sanitation score is nowhere near the entrance so you only see it while exiting

This review pains me to write. Most of my experiences dining at Ruby Tuesday have been pretty good. Usually get the salad-bar and am always quite pleased with the variety and quality. Today I arrived at 11:10 I stood waiting for someone to seat me until 11:20. There were only two other tables occupied at the time but I saw only one person working the bar and then they came and sat me. I ordered at 1125-a burger for my birthday. At 11:45 the cook came to my table asking to take my order. I noted that if he was the cook then who was in the kitchen he said the second cook. Apparently they were short staffed today. That in itself can slow things down quite a bit. Also noted that the health certificate was in the 80's. I've worked in food service and have my servesafe certificate. Not sure how they get a rating like that. Keeping a place healthy and clean is paramount to a well run food service establishment. As I write it is now 1151 and my meal has arrived. Looks yummy. And yes although a long wait. The burger and fries are great and presented well food is still hot and tastes great.

Ruby Tuesdays was my favourite restaurant when I lived in Boca, and then it closed down. Found one in Deerfield Beach and loved it too. Was visiting Cary last Feb and stopped into this Ruby Tuesdays, and was disappointed with the service. Now that I am living here went there with my son tonight for dinner. We arrived on a Sunday evening approx. 6:30 and there was no hostess to be seen, and no one offered to seat us for approx. 10 mins. Another waiter seated us, and we waited some more for our waitress who was also the bartender. She took our drink order and finally delivered it. There was no one sitting at the bar. She eventually took our dinner order, which I had to repeat twice even though she had a pad and pen. She came back after some time to tell us our order was almost ready. Then she came back to tell me they had no baked potatoes, so I ordered mashed. Then she came back to tell my son that they had no sweet potatoes. The food was ok, mashed potatoes were not hot. Before I left I used the restroom....big mistake. The stench was bad. The place was almost empty, 4or 5 tables only. I will NOT be returning to that place ever again. What a shame.
Very few cars in the parking lot for a Friday night. Walked in and saw the 83 sanitation grade and knew why. How can a chain restaurant even be this low? Turned and walked back out. If the corporation can't get processes correct to at least keep the grade an A then just close up shop.

I was craving a salad bar, and it seems like salad bars are a dying concept in restaurants. I remembered that Ruby Tuesday has one, but when we got there and looked at it, I decided against that and got a burger instead. The salad bar was gross, looked like a bunch of kids had thrown food all over, and the employees didn't seem to care one bit. Honestly we should have just gone somewhere else as the burger wasn't much better. For one, they put shredded lettuce on it, which makes it really difficult to eat. And the lettuce was disgusting looking, honestly it looked like it might have been leftover lettuce from the salad bar. Plus the burger patty was a frozen hockey puck type patty. Both of us ended up with horrible stomach pains later in the night, I'm pretty sure the cause was the burgers we ate because we didn't eat anything else that night. Oh and by the way, the bathrooms are gross, the smell of urine was overpowering and I'm pretty sure the wetness on the floor wasn't water. Definitely won't be back, unless someone buys this place (I see it's for sale for a measly $2 million, LOL!) and cleans it up.

We sat down with Will today. A very nice guy. Everything came out pretty quickly and are food was delicious. The store looks really clean and the music playing was great. Overall a great team here at Ruby Tuesday..

Had a man named Ben as a server today. Such a sweet young man and with such nice hair!! Can't wait to visit him again, He helped us so much and the cook was excellent. We got the salad bar and a burger and it was so good. :)))))

Came in today for lunch and was hesitant when I saw the score. I'm so glad I decided to stay! I was greeted by a very polite young man who sat me in the bar area. My server Leah was very attentive and kind, excellent service. The restaurant was cleaner than I remember from times before. It was rather busy for a Thursday but none the less the staff was all kind and seemed on top of their game. Will definitely be coming back soon!
