Ruth's Chris Steak House

I wasn't going to say anything until I saw the replies to other reviews pertaining to the Pat McAfee incident. It WAS your location so stop that. Im not going to bring down your rating on top of saying this but he has been broadcasting his show from the WakeMed soccer park. 5 minute drive from your location. Nobody is buying the deferring to another location. Take some responsibility. Its crazy to me that no one from Ruth Chris has reached out to make this right.

We celebrated 18 years of marriage. The team was extremely helpful. Made us feel special on our special occasion

Whats your deal with dropping the ball when Pat Mcafee and crew came to your establishment? Talk about the wrong people and the wrong time to fail in accommodating a group. The tips from them alone would have tripled anything made up to that point. If you need someone to come there and improve the staff and atmosphere so it's able to act like professionals worthy of the Ruth's Chris franchise, give me a shout, it would be my pleasure so that your specific name and locstion wouldn't be smeared all over the country. EPIC FAIL!!

Bad service

We'll have eaten here many times and this was the most disappointing of them all. The blue cheese topping for my steak was mostly panko bread crumbs. Though the steak was cooked great (btw order your steak down one grade ie: want medium order mid-rare it comes on a very hot plate and cooks a little right in front of you). Apps were good Calamari and stuffed mushrooms. The lobster Mac was delicious as always. Will be back .... Hopefully this was just them having a bad night

Their gift cards are worthless my wife and I went here to celebrate my getting a new teaching job having gotten two cards for Christmas from students this past year at my old school. Apparently money has an expiration date with these vapid cooperate leeches. Will never be going here again and would recommend getting a gift card for McDonald’s before wasting anything on them!

I really like this steakhouse for many reasons. Steak tender and taste is amazing. Menu has a wide variety, and the service is impeccable. Finally found a really nice place to dine with my lady and close family. If your a crab cake fan by all means slide your fork down a mountain of great crab Ingenuity I promise you will not be disappointed.

We go to Ruth's a good bit. We started also going on Xmas eve as of 2023. Last year was great. This year was not so great. Our service was so incredibly slow. We ordered oysters and crab beignets. We got our oysters quickly, but they were not that great. I was unimpressed and I have had blue points numerous times - one of my favorites. Our beignets didn't come until after our entree. This was very disappointing because the reason we got them is for those who didn't eat oysters. At least we were not charged for those.

One of our steaks wasn't medium rare so it had to be sent back. This meant one person in our party didn't have anything to eat except her cold mashed potatoes. By the time her steak came, everyone else was finished with their meal. We were there for 2 hrs and 15 min. It took at least 15-20 min just to get our desserts (to go) and the check. The waiter refilled a sprite with water. It was just so incredibly disappointing. Definitely will have to pick another place now for Christmas Eve.

First time eating at this establishment, the service was great as well as atmosphere. The food on the other hand, is way overpriced for what you get. Ordered my fillet medium rare, came to the table medium well. I can get a better steak at a chain steakhouse. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit.

Aidan was a PHENOMENAL waitress! She checked in often, was extremely helpful and her personality was great! Would 100% recommend coming here and getting Aidan as your waitress is a bonus!

Baked potato overcooked and small, medium filet was cooked well done and was sent back. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service was great and nicely laid out & decorated inside. Lobster bisque was very good after sending back initially due to being cold along with crab beignets which were ok. Gumbo, Cowboy ribeye, and petite ribeye all cooked as ordered and tasty. Disappointed by brussel sprouts as they lacked flavor and sweet potato casserole was dry with too much topping.

My only complaint is that the food came out too fast. We weren’t finished with out appetizer and our next course came out, same thing with the main entree’
