Their gift cards are worthless my wife and I went here to celebrate my getting a new teaching job having gotten two cards for Christmas from students this past year at my old school. Apparently money has an expiration date with these vapid cooperate leeches. Will never be going here again and would recommend getting a gift card for McDonald’s before wasting anything on them!

I really like this steakhouse for many reasons. Steak tender and taste is amazing. Menu has a wide variety, and the service is impeccable. Finally found a really nice place to dine with my lady and close family. If your a crab cake fan by all means slide your fork down a mountain of great crab Ingenuity I promise you will not be disappointed.

We go to Ruth's a good bit. We started also going on Xmas eve as of 2023. Last year was great. This year was not so great. Our service was so incredibly slow. We ordered oysters and crab beignets. We got our oysters quickly, but they were not that great. I was unimpressed and I have had blue points numerous times - one of my favorites. Our beignets didn't come until after our entree. This was very disappointing because the reason we got them is for those who didn't eat oysters. At least we were not charged for those.

One of our steaks wasn't medium rare so it had to be sent back. This meant one person in our party didn't have anything to eat except her cold mashed potatoes. By the time her steak came, everyone else was finished with their meal. We were there for 2 hrs and 15 min. It took at least 15-20 min just to get our desserts (to go) and the check. The waiter refilled a sprite with water. It was just so incredibly disappointing. Definitely will have to pick another place now for Christmas Eve.

First time eating at this establishment, the service was great as well as atmosphere. The food on the other hand, is way overpriced for what you get. Ordered my fillet medium rare, came to the table medium well. I can get a better steak at a chain steakhouse. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit.

Aidan was a PHENOMENAL waitress! She checked in often, was extremely helpful and her personality was great! Would 100% recommend coming here and getting Aidan as your waitress is a bonus!

Baked potato overcooked and small, medium filet was cooked well done and was sent back. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Service was great and nicely laid out & decorated inside. Lobster bisque was very good after sending back initially due to being cold along with crab beignets which were ok. Gumbo, Cowboy ribeye, and petite ribeye all cooked as ordered and tasty. Disappointed by brussel sprouts as they lacked flavor and sweet potato casserole was dry with too much topping.

My only complaint is that the food came out too fast. We weren’t finished with out appetizer and our next course came out, same thing with the main entree’

I love this brand. His is one of my favorite restaurants that i frequent. Tonight was somewhat disappointing. My steak wasn't cooked right, but they fixed it, which was good, but dessert.... For someone like myself that enjoys some things the way that I do, I try to make requests ahead of time. I asked for my dessert with no fruit, when I ordered it. I am not allergic, I just don't like it at all. I have tried to include a picture of how I received it. Yuck! Someone scooped the fruit out of the to-go container leaving all of the remnants from the fruit! It was a simple request! It Sucks because I've been planning on having this dinner for over two weeks!

Went for a friend’s 50th bday

Place is very georgorous! Spacious and the staff is friendly.

We had a buffet style appetizer- went for a plate but unfortunately there was dirty dishes under a couple so we immediately informed the waiter who took those plates away.

Didn’t care for the tuna but then again not a fish eater so don’t take my word on it. Charcuterie board had some good cheese and fruit along with some salmon.

We had caesar salad and house salad they were extremely tasty and well prepared.

Next was the main course- rib eye steak cooked medium as I liked it. It was good but honestly I have had better at Longhorn steakhouse.

The multiple sides were made very well done. It was a very good experience as well.

The crem bule was terrific but did not care for the flowerless chocolate cake. Too sweet for my tastebuds.

The hot pressed coffee was very good and definitely wanted with the desert.

Bottom line- since this was a party of 50 - I definitely had worse experiences- it’s hard to cook steak for that many people and have a “wow” factor.

This is Ruth Chris Steakhouse so I did expect the “wow” factor. This is a place that for my budget would be a one time experience but in this case I would like to go back and try at least once and see if that “wow” factor happens.

For $100 per person, average per plate? Maybe not.

Very disappointing that I chose your restaurant and set a reservation and said it was our 23rd anniversary and your restaurant or staff made anything special let alone mention it.

It had to have been listed on the reservation because I put it in the comments. Vey poor in my opinion on the restaurants part but next time I will chose to go elsewhere, where they actually acknowledge special occasions.

Ruth Chris is always a good experience, but this time a few things were off. We all ordered steaks medium and everything came out very rare. I don't mind, but my wife and daughters sent their steaks back.
