Each time we've been to Ruth's Chris it was been a fabulous experience. The service is amazing. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable, not to mention the food comes out very quick. The atmosphere is always calm, quiet and intimate. The food is outstanding- not a single complaint. We've had the porterhouse for two, ribeyes, garlic mash, creamed spinach, lyonnaise, osso bucco ravioli and banana foster. Everything was amazing and piping hot. I would definitely recommend Ruth's Chris if it's within your budget.

We have been long time customers of this location. We even hold our annual company Christmas parties at Ruth's. However, last night we wanted to have a nice meal, but had a time limitation, due to friend leaving on a flight. We decided to get our meal "to go" so that we had some schedule control. We ordered on 4-11-24 at 4:30 pm online with a 6:30 pick up. When we arrived no one new anything about our order. The server at the bar was extremely friendly, apologetic and was helpful, but returned without the order. We showed the receipt and she agreed that all was in order. The server said they would get "right on it" and would have our order soon. At nearly 7, she brought out the order.On the way out, we asked to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, he was aware of the situation, but did not seek us out. Whether intentional or not, he came across as aloof and unconcerned. He said that there was little he could do since we had paid for the meal online. He said that they didn't know their "tablet" wasn't working and they didn't receive the order, so.......In an upscale dining establishment like Ruth's and particularly since we have been long time customers, we would anticipate a better experience. Frankly, we would have rated the service 0-1 if not for the server that helped us at the bar.Sadly, based on this experience, we will take our business elsewhere.

This location has always been my favorite but even more so now. All the staff is always great but my recent interaction with Valerie was exceptional. Valerie was knowledgeable, compassionate and very pleasant to deal with. She went above and beyond for my family and I couldn't thank her more. When planning an event at this location, please ask for Valerie, you won't regret it!

Had French onion soup, 12 Oz ribeye was out of this world. Wife had 11 Oz filet with crab meat. Dessert was creme Brule, and they made a special key lime for our 40th Anniversary. Aiden our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Thanks for doing everything right for our Special Night.
There was a table near us that requested to move because we were talking in Spanish. That was very uncomfortable. We know that it wasn't the restaurants fault. They take of the situation very quietly. The service was excellent.
Our server was awesome! She was new & training but it felt like she had worked there forever with how good she was with our party. We will definitely be back, and hope she is there next time! Food was amazing, service put the experience over the top.

Perfect place for a date night, anniversary or a good food find! Pork Chops amazing, Stuffed Chicken amazing, Steaks extremely amazing! Definitely recommended! Also Fire Roasted corn and Sweet Potato Souffle is top notch!!!!

Service was great, Brianna did a fabulous job. It was overall very good and my wife and son enjoyed their meals. For every reason, my T-bone was the toughest steak that I've ever had at Ruth Chris and it's been many meals over the years. This won't stop me from returning however, I may stick with the ribeye as in the past. 
Unfortunately, our steaks had grizzle in them. It was a little tough to cut thru as well; usually, at our location in Wilmington, NC, it cuts like butter. The cream, spinach, and mashed potato wasn't as hot as it should've been. Though the service was good, we left disappointed this time around for what we paid.

My wife and I went for my birthday. It was our first time at a Ruth's Chris and it did not disappoint at all. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was romantic and soothing. I can't wait to go back.

Robert was the best server we have encountered in some time. We hold Ruth's as the benchmark for their food but servers like Robert make our experience even more enjoyable. Great food and a great time!
