The restaurant informed me that the order would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived after that time and they hadn’t put my order through. It was ready after an hour. But when we ate it at home, it was incredibly salty to the point of almost being inedible.

I order a Calzone with ham. The Calzone was small and there was one small slice of ham. The cost was over $16. Never again will I have take out from them.

This is a great local pizza spot. We've had it three times in the last 2 months. We've had the calzone, the strombolis, the pizzas, the chicken parm, and all have been hits. It's nice to have a good pizza spot that also has good side food as well.
Came in today. Ordered 2 slices & a small Antipasto salad. The salad was very good. Really hit the spot!! Especially with the red wine vinegar as a dressing. Pizza was good. But the crust was a little tough. Especially on the White specialty pizza. The young man behind the counter was very nice n courteous. In my book, the best pizza around!!

Darn it I really wanted to like this place! Unfortunately our experience was lacking! My wife and I each ordered 2 slices of pizza and shared an order of the fried raviolis. It took 45 minutes to get our food , and that was after I went up to the counter at the 30 minute mark to see if maybe our order had been lost. To add insult to injury the pizza wasn’t even hot when we finally got it. The flavor of the food was decent , not great, but probably would have been better if we’d ordered a fresh whole pie. We saw several people around us with whole pies that looked great. Maybe that’s the way to go on a Saturday night. I’ll try to show some grace because the restaurant was very busy , but you only get one chance to make a first impression and we probably won’t be back.

Wow! First time trying Salvio's pizza, and I was really impressed! It's the perfect NY style pie. Crust is a little crunchy but also chewy, just the way it should be. No flop. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Perhaps the best pizza I've ever had.
