The food was O.K. but service at times took a bit too long as I received my food 1 minute before I was supposed to take my medication at 8 p.m.! I was supposed to eat at 7:45 p.m. originally or sooner but unfortunately it was an enormous line.

Chill weekend dinner. The restaurant seems well-staffed and well-maintained, which is nice to see. Someone was always going around sweeping the floor and checking to see if trash bins needed emptying.
I'm not big on ordering from kiosks but it's actually pretty user-friendly here, and items are easily customizable and clearly show prices. I got a single cheeseburger with added lettuce and pickles (I love that it's free to add those), plain fries, a lemonade, and a chicken sandwich for about 20 bucks thanks to one of their promotions. Some comments have said that portions aren't that big but I disagree - I showed up hungry and I still have half the fries and the whole chicken sandwich left! The food came out hot and neatly placed in a bag as I'd ordered it all to go. No fries spilling everywhere, nothing stuffed in haphazard. I was missing a cup of their house sauce, but that wasn't a big deal as the self-serve ketchup was a great complement to the food.
The burger was filling and I was especially impressed with the fries - great golden color, just crispy enough, perfect with ketchup. The lemonade is nicely flavored as well.
Excellent burger! Very fresh and tasty. My first visit to Shake Shack and it did not disappoint! Loved it!

Shake Shack has ample indoor seating and covered outdoor tables as well. There was a live band at the shopping center that night and you could sit right behind the band and watch the crowd below eating. dancing and even hoola hooping. I imagine it's quieter on other weeknights. Anyway, it made for a lively atmosphere and what better meal than a great burger and a milkshake. You order at the counter and the food was brought to your table. There was a very sweet woman who took our order and I wish I could remember her name now. She was friendly and especially helpful, even getting us refills during dinner. Hmm what should I order next time? An original burger with their special sauce, of course, but what flavor shake? I think there was a creamsicle shake or drink that I want to try. Enjoy your visit. Calories? Oh yeah.

Our first time at any Shake Shack, and we were highly pleased with our burgers and fries! And my wife dove head first into her Oreo Funnel Cake Shake! 🤤 The staff was exceptional — friendly, customer-oriented, and helpful in navigating the huge menu. No question... we'll be back!
