Many things, first of all, the price was absolutely outrageous. 20$ for a medium sized burger and a small shake. Second, the service was very poor. They held my friend’s milkshake behind the counter saying things like “we need to clean our table before taking it”. Sounds completely illegal right? Overall experience 1/10 do not visit.

I came at the beginning of the evening shift and overheard the staff prepping for the evening and it was such a great vibe. Solid leadership and good team. They had trouble finding my order from the app and rectified the issue promptly with great service. Wonderful teamwork!
Are they always closed? Order ahead for takeout always gives me a “This location is currently closed” so I don’t order. Always in the afternoon too. They should be open.

Food was bad as expected so its not an issue. But waiting time is absolutely insane. Guys on the kitchen were efficient and quickly assembled orders but servers (and there were a lot of them there) were absolute slow motion. Truly incredible!
