Tasty spot in Cary with plenty of free parking. Our eyes were bigging then our stomachs so we tried the Carrot Salad, Squash Samsa, Lagman Noodles, and Lamb Plov. The Carrot Salad and Lagman Noodles were our favorites. Would want to give the Plov a 2nd chance as the Lamb was a bit dry - other then that the dish was delicious. Looking forward to trying Silk Road again.

Great food, very delicious. Nice environment and decoration. Service is fast and the people are very kind. I really enjoyed my time here. It was also great to have tea and dessert at the end and keep chatting with friends on a nice evening .

Vegetarian options: there are some breads with toppings and salads that are probably vegetarian
