I walked in this morning to order 13 smoothies for my team appreciation breakfast & it was such a great experience! Erica was the only person in there, but she got all of my orders correct, labeled & even thought to turn the names outward in the drink carrier so they were easy to pass out. It is hard to find good customer service nowadays, but she was a perfect example of it! I always get anxious when ordering for such a large group, but she made me feel like it was no big deal, was super patient and thorough. We will definitely be back!

This place desperately needs a competent manager of some sort. Constantly closing and turning off online orders 30mins to an hour before the posted closing time. Youâre lucky if any of the staff greet you or ask to take your order. If I was the owner Iâd like to know these things so I could re train staff and turn this location around. I will drive to the Market Street location for now.

Carol was very friendly and upbeat and a joy to talk to while she was making my smoothie. She recommended the Peanut Power and I loved it. I will be ordering it again.
I've never had any issues with this Smoothie King. I usually go with the Strawberry Activator or the Lean1 smoothies if I'm feeling adventurous. Despite having 40+ grams of protein, the smoothies taste good without the lingering 'protein taste' that other protein shakes have. They have a smoothie for everybody no matter what workout/dietary plan you are on.

Very rude. I came in tonight to pick up an order. I stood there for minutes before either of the 2 workers acknowledged me. One of them looked over at me. One kept talking to another customer. The customer even told her that I looked like I needed assistance. She didnât care. The other one came from the back and picked up her phone to text. Finally the second girl reached in the freezer and pulled out my order that was ready the whole time. Raggedy customer service.

Went to go try one of their bowls. I asked to put protein as an add on. Manager gave a lame excuse and said it wasnât allowed. How is charging me extra, placing protein in the mix while blending not allowed? Kinda lame.

from a former employeeâs perspective, the management is highly underwhelming. i was never properly trained, therefore I wasnât able to perform to the best of my ability. The owners have a disgusting attitude and the atmosphere is just negative. You have to walk on eggshells around them because they are miserable and very hard to please. my first two days there all I heard from coworkers were âdonât do this or sheâll get very upsetâ and âmake sure not to do that or sheâll yell at youâ over the smallest things. itâs very draining having to go into work everyday thinking âhow can I not make this woman upset?â. hell, if you even breathe the wrong way all hell breaks loose! I would also work 7 hour shifts with no type of break in between. the pay rate is most definitely not worth the unnecessary stress. and trust me their turnover rate speaks for itself. there is absolutely nothing negative for them to say when it comes to me and my work ethic. i would do everything that they asked but somehow it just wouldnât be enough. i consider myself a reserved individual so for this to be my first ever google review says a lot. my experience was just that bad. if im not speaking for all, i know that i am speaking for the majority of people that has been employed there. im not afraid to speak my mind especially when something is truly wrong. these people expect you to kiss the ground they walk on and best believe iâm not the one.
