I’ve been a Smoothie King customer for well over 10 years and have been consistently going to the Wes Cary location for about 5 years and can say that Frank and Carol truly put the customer first. They train their staff well and the store (both this location and Morrisville) are extremely clean. I’ve been to other locations in the Triangle and they could take some notes on cleanliness and customer service. This location is the very best!!

We come here all the time and they’re usually very good but they’ve recently hired some staff who don’t do as a good a job. Showed up this morning at 8:15 and they were closed even though their hours say they open at 8.

We had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The service was shockingly bad from the moment we walked in. The guy taking our order was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were even there. Not only were the drinks poorly made and nothing like what we ordered, but when we asked for a refund — which they initially promised — they completely backtracked and refused to honor it.
We tried to be patient and reasonable, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. If you’re looking for good customer service or quality drinks, I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Super friendly staff there this evening. They provided a lot of information about the various options, including which smoothies had how much grams of protein in it super helpful and absolutely delicious.
Whenever I go here, it's always clean, they're fast and they're kind. My smoothies are always good, I've recommended them to friends and family :)
