Fantastic beer and service
Cool spot
Delicious beer & great staff!!
The bartenders - Lilly, Kim, and Allie are absolutely wonderful. They run the place on their own in spite of poor management. Lovely bar and atmosphere. Beers are good and liquor pours are generous. Cone for the drinks and great service.
This should be an amazing hangout. Good beer, great atmosphere. We’ve been several times recently. Sadly, what should be an awesome atmosphere is ruined by five to eight boys kicking soccer balls as hard as they can in a forty by forty patch of astroturf. Tonight, parents were literally encouraging their kids to use post around the little “field” as goal posts. In the thirty minutes we were there tonight we saw TWO beers knocked out of hands (mind you, these folks were on the sidewalk going to their tables), one table get hit three times, and multiple people hit by the ball as they try to walk in our out of the establishment. After being ignored by a parent when I expressed my concern that her child was kicking soccer balls shoulder height into a crowd, I finally took both soccer balls to the bar to complain. The same thing happened last time. Lots of other kids want to use the turf but can’t. Because the rest of the area is gravel, it is not conducive to kids playing. So sadly, my child, and really all children that aren’t the few boys engaged in an aggressive soccer game, cannot safely enjoy the space. I hate to knock this place for behavior of parents and children. But this is a consistent problem. Management needs to step in to create a safe environment. I am surprised it isn’t a liability concern. Every time we’ve been, Young and old are getting nailed with soccers balls. It is not enjoyable, sadly I will go somewhere else for a drink
This childcare center is a great brewery with wonderful outdoor space. The biggest downer is all the parents with their children. That truly turns South Line into a childcare center. It's difficult for adults to enjoy a brew with adult chat. My suggestion would be closing the daycare center at 6pm so adults who don't bring their children can enjoy it as well.
Best outdoor drinking experience in Cary. This place is perfect for a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon, especially when there's an event like the Cary Vintage market. But come on Wednesdays too for trivia -- the host is fantastic and writes brand new questions every week.
It's literally Chuck-E -Cheese with kids on the weekends. Local neighborhoods have to mark their parking with orange cones so they can park at their homes. Brewery awash with kiddies of all ages, and South Line assigns 2 bar servers for the hundreds of folks (well probably a hundred of age) but still long line and slow service. Beer is passable, but I'll not visit again, I don't have toddlers.
Nice place to grab a drink and catch up with friends or family.
Great outdoor space! The beers were good and the kids had a wonderful time running around. Slushies were a big hit!

Getting to the point, I ordered a porter and hazy ipa. I was handed what looked hazy not a porter not dark and a Pilsner. I questioned the guy stating these didn’t look correct. He said they don’t filter their Porter. Then he walked away. The beers I was given were not good and the service was useless. Go to Vicious Fishes which is about 20 yards away for better service and better beer.
This place is great! Tasty brews, and wonderful service. They chased down our group in the parking lot b/c one of our party lost their earring. How cool is that!?
Great choice of beers. Awesome place to sit out and enjoy
Our first time there. Nice and laid back. Great sevice. Had a PerDiem Porter that is new and really enjoyed it. Will definitely go back.
Love the vibe here indoor and outdoor. Lots of live music and the beer is good. Bartenders are friendly and the place is also super dog friendly. There’s usually a food truck there which is very convenient.
