Friendly and quick service. The fries were perfect, thick but crispy. The smoky burger was pretty good, but the onion rings were kind of soggy. It was a pleasant end to a rough day of travel from Minnesota.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The manager, and old homely lady named Cindy, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Instead of addressing our concerns with courtesy, she was dismissive and condescending, which completely ruined the atmosphere.
The food was mediocre at best, and the service was slow and disorganized. It’s clear the staff is not well-trained, and the management doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

This place didn’t just mess up — they lied, then tried to ruin our reputation. After our meal, a staff member took the check out of our hands and told us it was comped. We didn’t argue — we were surprised, sure, but we thanked them and left as instructed. Hours later, we were hit with false charges, accused of walking out on the bill. We had to go to court and defend ourselves against something that never should’ve happened. It was dismissed, of course. But that doesn’t erase the stress and damage they caused. If this is how they treat paying customers — baiting them with kindness, then turning around and filing charges — they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Absolutely disgraceful.

Food is ok at best. We had an issue and manager was extremely inappropriate. A simple apology would have sufficed but we ended up getting scolded for speaking up. I’m gluten free and they said my dish was gluten free - it was not. After about three bites I was questing if it was truly gluten free so I asked another server. Come to find out the dish I ordered can’t even be made gluten free. Shame on this restaurants management.

I was a regular customer at Spirits for years with nothing but positive experiences—until a visit in November 2024, where my entire family of four were ejected from the restaurant after being told the meal was comped and to never return. Despite my history of consistent patronage (29+ visits in 2024 alone), my husband and I were reported for “defrauding an innkeeper,” a criminal charge that has caused significant personal and financial stress.
To this day, no one from Spirits has reached out to me or offered any apology or explanation. We’ve since spent well over the amount of the alleged check defending my reputation and my family.
I share this not out of malice, but because the public deserves to know how a long-time customer was treated. Let the facts speak for themselves.
