Pretty typical Starbucks. Glad to say it has gotten much cleaner over the last few months and the team are working much better than in the past. Staff are pretty friendly. Lots of people mention the slow service, that is a company wide issue with Starbucks since they prioritize drive thru, then app orders. If you actually walk in to order your drink will always be last made. Hate that - if a person actually takes time to come in to building they should be first.
I placed a mobile order at approx 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. I arrived 4 minutes later and my drink was ready and waiting. They also had put in one of the green stoppers which I always appreciate. The space was clean and well laid out with plenty of seating and maneuverability.
You don't expect a Grande size coffee (Pumpkin spice Latte) with such little content. There was some whipped cream on top which melted but this is unacceptable for a hot beverage that's charged at $6.22.EDIT: changing it from 1 to 4 stars for the response and replacement.
