This was my first time at this location and Alec made our drive thru experience amazing!! He was polite, courteous, and was joking around with us. Alec should definitely receive some type of recognition because he is definitely your star employee!! We need more people like him in this world. Thank you, Alec, for making our night!!

The slowest Starbucks. Literally every morning. I've given this place multiple tries over time and it is actually faster for me to go to the Starbucks in the opposite direction of work, get my coffee and then travel to work than it is to stop here.

I went there on a Saturday around 4pm. Atmosphere and store looks cool. However, they messed up my order 3 times and acted annoyed when I wanted it fixed, I know I said my order correctly at the speaker. After the second incorrectly made drink I just took my L. They also did not apply a coupon to my order that I explicitly said I wanted added & they did not let me know how much my order was before charging my card. As someone who used to do the same job for years, it could be better.

I recently came here after the renovation. The place looks great, however, the service seems to not know what a "grande iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream cold foam" is. After three drinks, the staff still seemed confused. I am disappointed by the service next time.
This starbucks doesn’t even deserve a one star i orderd on the app today anf it said i could pick it up in the store i was working across the streeet and o didnt have a car so i walked when i went their they were workers inside but the lobby was closed (only drive thru was open) so i called the store and no one amsyi called 3 times and no one answered the phone i even knocked on the door the baristas saw me and just stared at me.it was a waste of 25:00

I just had the most fantastic experience with Jereme through the delivery line. He was super personable and engaged with us when we joked about having a “bad” (high calorie) drink. I live twenty minutes from this Starbucks and would gladly come back because of him.
