I rarely leave reviews, but I was really let down here. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it came without whipped cream or the spice topping. When I asked about it the staff wasn’t helpful and came across as argumentative. Really disappointing and I will NEVER go back to this location.

Absolutely the worst place of business I’ve ever been to. I placed an order via the app to pick up in the drive through. After coming up to the window I was told I had to drive around the building to get back in line because 1) my ONE drink wasn’t ready and 2) this was their new policy. No one could explain this new policy and 3 of the employees treated me as if I was stupid, refused to process a refund, slammed the window in my face because I questioned why I had to get back in line. What place of business does this? As someone coming from the service industry, this treatment was awful and disgusting with how quick the employees escalated this minor customer question.

So i get white chocolate mocha latte almost everyday. When i got it from this store, it was very bitter. I went back cause i know what it taste like. This cashier literally argued with me that it’s bitter because i chose non fat milk. I was like.. it’s bitter because it doesnt have white mocha in it. And she went back and forth with me. I finally said please try a sip so you’d know what i’m talking about. So rude.. i will never go back to this Starbucks location again. 100% sanitation rating but 0% service and 0% friendly staff. The workers looked annoyed. Gosh work somewhere else! I hope management does something about it.

The baristas at this location are an absolute joy. However the manager at this location, Moneefa, is so rude. She’s rude to customers, rushes people, and has given me multiple horrible experiences here. I chose to stop coming to this location purely based on the management of this location. I don’t want to support her in anyway. She knows nothing about customer service and should be fired

By far the worst Starbucks ever. I have given this location chance after chance. The order is always wrong, the service is not always good and they have no sense of urgency at all. Just terrible. You would be better off closing this location.

It was the wildest time in a Starbucks. As a former supervisor at Starbucks it was wild that our order was denied due to “we make our drinks only to standard at this location, not sure about other Starbucks” and explicitly denied our personalized drink. Then charged for extra milk (which is no longer a thing)

It is heavily raining, more than spitting, ice hails like. The lame girl at the ordering desk would not accept the order at the covered receiving window but only the speaker stand outside that isn’t covered: the minute you’re opening the window it’s a flood into the car, also no one can hear anything. She absolutely didn’t care, was rude, not creative at all, demanded me to come in to the store or get wet while opening my window!!! I said I have a sleeping baby inside the car and I would rather order at the covered window when she can hear me and I can drive in circles to get my order when ready. But she denied that and disgustingly said she can’t help! Ridiculous and lame ! Very bad service ! You can’t trust what they put you in your food if they care that little about you ordering it from the beginning!!!

Terrible Starbucks. This is the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. Every time I go here I have to get my drink remade or get a refund. There is no quality control. They give you half pumps of what u ask for, “extra” means less/none, and THEY always have a problem when THEY make the drink wrong. They steal and the price of a drink/modifications is too high for them to be so unintelligent on how to make a drink with basic instructions and ingredients. If I ask for extra caramel crunch, that does not mean shake it once (I could literally count the pieces of crunch), give it to me and then give me attitude when I ask for more?? This is actually the worst Starbucks ever. Go to the one down the road, THEY NEVER FAIL!!
