I ordered a tall hot caramel macchiato and noted to the attendant at the window, it was a half cup. What's going on. His comment was he could add more foam and milk. I wanted a Tall hot Caramel Macchiato and not excuses for my half cup. At 4:05pm on 15 Jan 26.

This Starbucks has become my regular stop on Mondays and Wednesdays after my appointment. Buying thru the App has been quick and flaw free. Today, I tried their Crispy Gouda Cheese sandwich. 21 grams of protein “in a blend of mild Cheddar and Gouda on sourdough.” Yummy!! And great with my Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.

Really good Mocha Frappuccino and half off for a pastry
I rarely leave reviews, but I was really let down here. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it came without whipped cream or the spice topping. When I asked about it the staff wasn’t helpful and came across as argumentative. Really disappointing and I will NEVER go back to this location.

Absolutely the worst place of business I’ve ever been to. I placed an order via the app to pick up in the drive through. After coming up to the window I was told I had to drive around the building to get back in line because 1) my ONE drink wasn’t ready and 2) this was their new policy. No one could explain this new policy and 3 of the employees treated me as if I was stupid, refused to process a refund, slammed the window in my face because I questioned why I had to get back in line. What place of business does this?
As someone coming from the service industry, this treatment was awful and disgusting with how quick the employees escalated this minor customer question.
So i get white chocolate mocha latte almost everyday. When i got it from this store, it was very bitter. I went back cause i know what it taste like. This cashier literally argued with me that it’s bitter because i chose non fat milk. I was like.. it’s bitter because it doesnt have white mocha in it. And she went back and forth with me. I finally said please try a sip so you’d know what i’m talking about. So rude.. i will never go back to this Starbucks location again. 100% sanitation rating but 0% service and 0% friendly staff. The workers looked annoyed. Gosh work somewhere else! I hope management does something about it.

The baristas at this location are an absolute joy. However the manager at this location, Moneefa, is so rude. She’s rude to customers, rushes people, and has given me multiple horrible experiences here. I chose to stop coming to this location purely based on the management of this location. I don’t want to support her in anyway. She knows nothing about customer service and should be fired
By far the worst Starbucks ever. I have given this location chance after chance. The order is always wrong, the service is not always good and they have no sense of urgency at all. Just terrible. You would be better off closing this location.
