If you're a gardener and want them to save coffee grounds for you, don't bother trying that here. You can call, they assure you they'll put your name down like Jack did two days ago, and then you show up and there's nothing there. No name on any list. Is it really that hard to find a Starbucks that will do what they say? From the recent negative reviews, it looks like I need to try to find that elsewhere.

My favorite location within the Holly Springs area! They very rarely make my drink wrong, and the few times that they have, it's been fixed with ease. Nancy is so sweet and most of the other employees are lovely too!

They don't work quickly unless you go thru drive thru. You will sit inside and wait for your order for a good 15 minutes before you get it.

Went through the drive thru and when I asked girl at the window (so wish I had taken note of her name!) if the soy milk was fat free she glared at me and said, "I don't know." I gave her a half a minute because surely she would quick ask one of her coworkers or heaven forbid, actually take a look at the carton for me, but NO! She just stood there glaring at me. So I asked, "I guess that means too bad for me, you aren't going to find out?" She barely shrugged, stood firm where her unhelpful feet were planted, and continued her glare. I told her we would take our business elsewhere and left our order and drove out of the drive-thru and parked around front. I went in and told the manager what happened. He apologized for her, but made no effort to make things right. He didn't offer to check on the soy milk question I had. Zero customer service at this location! So disappointing when a coffee is over $7!

Yesterday around 2:40 pm I went to Starbucks ordered my favorite drink. However they didn’t make my drink correctly, when I returned back to the store talking to the order taker i explained to her the situation and she told me to pull up to the window. I was met with their manager that questioned me rudely about having a receipt as well as scanning the app when I explained to him that I didn’t have either of those things & at the time they did not scan the app so I can have a receipt, the manager was rudely speaking to me acting super suspicious he was contemplating weather if he wanted to fix my drink or even believe me and that made me feel really under valued as a customer & I am less likely to return back to this Starbucks location because of this experience.

It's not a clean place. I got covid 19, staff is coughing, they aren't wearing masks, every week staff is sick and coughing, make them stay home when sick. Drinks have gotten worst, it smells really bad at the drive thru. It's just going downhill, I have not had a good experience. They need to train staff and clean this place. Recommend closing this place for a deep clean

Staff was slow and rude. When one drive thru staff member pointed out to another that I had been waiting a while (there was no other customer inside), the 2nd staff member replied "yeah, I know" and continued to ignore me...Still waiting for my drink and wondering why I didn't just leave...?

What happened to this location in the last 4 months? The staff is friendly, it’s always very clean, the atmosphere is great- but it has gotten VERY VERY slow! If I’m drive though my drinks are incorrect 60% of the time, if Uber delivers they are wrong 90% of the time. I’m so frustrated that my big treat has turned into frustration :(.

The staff was friendly and quick. Even though there were lots of mobile orders being filled, if you picked your order up immediately after they called your name and set it down, they would shout out a personalized thank you to you.

Double bacon, egg and cheddar was awesome, cheese danish wasn’t sweet enough and Ham and Swiss the top baguette was as hard as a rock and the ham as dry as a bone! Better to just get drinks at this location because obviously the staff doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve!!
