I ordered my drink through the mobile app for my birthday. It said 5-8 min. I arrived at work minutes with traffic. There was one person working only paying attention to the people at the register and had not even started any of the mobile orders. One girl ahead of me did her mobile order at 6:45 and was still waiting at 7:25. He got pissy with her when she asked about her order. This Starbucks is by a high school and should not be with only person. Let’s top this off and I didn’t even get my order correct. Obviously ordered egg bites and and got some sandwich thing.

I ordered my lavender drink here and I arrived 30 minutes after because I had to take care of some other things first. Only to find out they tossed my drink because they said it had gone watery. But why do that? I already paid for it and it's my problem if my drink ended up very watery. They didn't make another one, and when I contacted customer service, the coupon I used to order my drink wasn't reimbursed. Very poor customer service from Starbucks.

Brandon had no cold brew, so I had to settle for the chocolate milkshake. He was rude and sassy, very snappy with a fake smile. That smile was NOT genuine.

Every time I go here, they make my coffee wrong. I don't know why the associate was watering down the coffee, but I went to a different Starbucks immediately just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and the difference was night and day. Do not go to this location.
