I was picking up breakfast sandwiches for several people. I was the only customer and encountered the rudest slowest Starbucks employee that I have ever encountered. To make it worse they were out of the sandwich that a couple of people had ordered and told me after the sandwiches were made that they were out of bags. After telling me they were out of bags the employee wadded up the receipt that I wanted and threw it away.

Brandon had no cold brew, so I had to settle for the chocolate milkshake. He was rude and sassy, very snappy with a fake smile. That smile was NOT genuine.

If I could give it less than one star I would. They got my order wrong and handed me a drink without the lid on so it spilled everywhere in my car, and they all laughed about it. I just wanted some coffee before work smh

Every time I go here, they make my coffee wrong. I don't know why the associate was watering down the coffee, but I went to a different Starbucks immediately just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and the difference was night and day. Do not go to this location.

Always Crossroads" Visit this location today around 7:42 am cashier not friendly ask for her to pour out a little more coffee, because I wanted more room for milk. She acted if though it was a problem. She didn't speak just her facial expression.. Didn't say one word. I'll pass on this location will not be returning.
