Better check that your cup is full before leaving the drivethru!!!! Ordered a 20oz latte and when I got back to the office and opened it to put sugar in the cup was barely more than half full…not even 16oz. BS thievery. Keep your shrinkflation outta of my cup!! Also, why no trashes outside anywhere if the lady at the window(who very clearly didn’t want to be there) refuses to throw away your old cup, YOU NEED TRASH CANS! Trash employees aren’t a worthy substitute!

Nubian Divine

Extremely Clean cool and Collectively Vibrant in here. This place is equipped with a great business meeting room and beautiful art on the walls. The bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. While here I was pleased to be offered a free pumpkin latte which was my favorite drink. I was happy and highly satisfied to have passed through.

I know, I know.....every Starbucks is the same. But, I just like coming to this location. The room is expansive and makes you just want to curl up in a lounge chair and relax for a bit. The staff is courteous and the place is spotless. I also like that they have a "board room" available for rent for presentations (not sure if it's free to reserve - I think it is but don't quote me on that).

Jonathan was top notch. He was so kind, helpful and attentive. He is the only reason for the 4 stars. However - management should set their employees up for success and they failed to do that. He was the only one working during a Sunday rush for 2 hours when he had only been working for 2 weeks. Someone needs to be there to support him. He got the job down and did it well but with that rush I know it was a rough day for him. Poor management like that doesn't just effect the staff but also the guests who were irritated, angry and walked out.
