It was hard to tell where the drive-thru entrance was because the sign was blocked by a bush. I was in line or so I thought, I got to the window and the barista made me wrap back around to the order speaker. She could have easily taken my order when I explained I was traveling through and not from around their area.

Best starbucks i’ve been to easily! The staff are the best and always ask how i’m doing before taking my order! So kind and not to mention my drinks are perfect each time! Best atmosphere and space to hangout at 🫶

This is a fun Starbucks. What appears to be a prior Bank turns into a really cool coffee shop. Spacious! Great seating, it's a perfect place to grab a bagel and a coffee in the morning.

I can’t trust them to make a drink that won’t make me sick. I told the person at the register that I was lactose intolerant and needed my drink made with almond milk. Apparently it was made with regular milk, as I’ve been dealing with a lactose digestive upset all afternoon. I ordered and drank the drink this morning, so not just my suffering but the whole day wasted. I did call to complain and was offered a refund or another drink if I came back in—which i can’t because I currently need to be very close to a toilet. I asked them, in lieu of a refund, if they can just make sure to be more careful in making the drinks. From the response from the supervisor, I have very little confidence that anything will be done. Obviously I can’t trust these folks to not make me sick. Too bad, because otherwise it was a nice Starbucks.

This is not my first bad experience with this location. This instance I was unable to drink my matcha latte as it was not mixed and chunks of matcha were floating around, as shown in picture. Hopefully the next visit will be better

Very rude girl. I was in no rush however they were annoyed the order was placed not long before arriving due to convenience with children for me. I even told the girl no rush I understand and she still was rude about me doing that. I believe the girls name was Hadley

I ordered two of these in venti and both came half leaked into the bag.
DoorDash made it right immediately by crediting and I called Starbucks to let them know, just in case there was maybe a hole in the venti cups, or a lid issue (since it happened back to back), and they sent my next one WITH A GIFT CARD for a free drink!! ❤️
The two employees I spoke to at the store were SO KIND too. Loving this location! Customer service matters and that just made my day!

Absolutely the worker here doesn’t not represent Starbucks name Amy the supervisor she is absolutely in the wrong place of work she need to do something else she is very rude and unprofessional and the tall guy who make my matcha he don’t know how to call a human when I said please I want as much as possible of drink not a lot off foam in my drink they both unfortunately they are unfriendly and I felt uncomfortable and I felt disrespected and discrimination and just to let them know I’m the guy with Honda shirt I spend every day in Starbucks around $20 a day 26 days a week

These guys are lifesavers!!! We had stopped by a different Starbucks on the way to an event with our dogs. The other Starbucks completely missed the mark. These guys ACTUALLY REMADE our drinks for us and they were delicious!! Next time we are heading through, this will be our mandatory stop!!

This place is awesome, they’re always so nice, very welcoming, they’ve had to remake a few coffees for me from a different Starbucks and they’re just so accommodating, best one around :)
