I don’t leave reviews a lot but I was impressed with the staff this morning. Every morning the past 3 weeks I have stopped in to get my drink. Always a venti. When I pulled up to the window to pay my drink was a grande. I very well could have mis spoke because I do that all the time. I apologized and told them I wanted a venti and I would be happy to pay the difference. Without hesitation the remade my drink, gave me the grande for free and wouldn’t let me pay. Again, I’m not sure if I misspoke or they mis heard when I ordered but if I had to bet, the error was on my part. I worked in the service industry for 6 years and this really made my day. The customer is not always right and they were so polite and didn’t hesitate to deliver top notch customer service. Oh and they even offered my dog a pup cup. And their drinks are always so good. Thank you!

I order online and had to wait more than 15 mins for my drinks even though It wasn’t even busy. They forgot to put the drinks at the counter and by the time I got them, the ice had already melted.

I came thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a lavender matcha with oat milk and 6 pumps of caramel and it tasted like a straight dirt, when i went inside to tell the women she just handed me a cup of caramel which just made the drink taste like dirt with a touch of caramel

My husband and I went through the drive-thru to get coffee. One of the guys at the drive-thru handed my husband a coffee that was sticky with coffee stains all over the cup. He never gave us napkins, so we had to ask for it and only received one. When we pulled off, my coffee was full to the top of the rim, and it started spilling everywhere. We had to turn around, and I had to go inside and request a new coffee. I explained to another guy what happened. There was no sincerity, and he had the audacity to tell me, “we don’t typically give customers at the window napkins.” WOW! Then, he still made my new coffee messy. Then, he was sarcastic and rude by saying “you’re welcome!” I do not recommend this place. The customer service sucks so bad, and there is no accountability taken when a mistake is made.

I’ve been a regular customer along with my colleagues, often purchasing items and typically getting water. However, I was recently told by an associate that we can no longer get water unless we buy something else. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. Because of this change, we will no longer be returning.

I usually go thru the drive thru, but unfortunately I went inside. Ordered a short coffee and a TALL Carmel Macc.. I was not asked my name.. I went and took a seat. Coffee came out almost immediately.. then I waited for the Carmel Macc... A lot of drinks were being made, picked up and for the drive thru, but no Carmel Macc.. I thought they might have forgot so I went to talk with a barista and told her I was still waiting on a Tall Carmel Macc.. She acted as if I was yelling at her. I was not.. She said it would be right up.. Back to my seat and then the lady who took my order (now on break) tells me that's my coffee on the counter.. but I waiting on the Tall Carmel Macc.. Finally the the Carmel Macc is up and I told the coffees are made a one station and the other was made a another station in the order that they are received.. If I would have gone thru the drive thru I would have received both drinks at the same time faster.. On top of that when I got back home that when I noticed both drinks were Short! I paid $10.09 for bad service and wrong order.. and I even left them a $1 tip.. Never again. Added a pic of my 2 Short drinks.
