I love our Holly springs Starbucks but the new renovation made the inside much smaller and really only a few tables to sit at other than outside. It gets very crowded during the rush hours 😕 so when I can I order ahead on the app. It's always ready when I get there . No waiting just grab and go. They are always polite and friendly there .

I pickup for my wife very often. She always gets a Matcha Frappuccino. Jessica, who is the barista at this location is awesome! She should be entered into your barista competition next year. She makes the best and most consistent drink.

At this location the ones that work the drive thru are pretty rude. Some may be nice at first until they see no to and then the attitude shows. It's really Starbucks fault too far pressing customers to tip before we can pay for our order. In Cary there is only one location so far that the employees don't have an attitude. But overall the location on Kildare is the worst. Makes me not want to come back. The employees need an attitude adjustment.

❤️☕️ While ordering was quick, this is a pretty busy location (with an awkwardly short drive thru located in the immediate parking lot) so drinks can take a bit but they’re correct and yummy! Staff is friendly and it’s a very clean location.

My pregnant coworker only wanted Starbucks chocolate croissants for breakfast throughout her pregnancy. I stopped by this specific Starbucks 2-3 times a week for months and every single visit I was greeted by lovely welcoming staff!!! My order was correct every time too. This is a top 3 Starbucks location for me.
