I just had a very very poor experience at another Starbucks location across town from this one where they would not remake my improperly made drinks and didn't want to refund me my money. I came into this Starbucks and ordered new drinks, intending on paying again and all I asked was that they dump the messed up drinks I had with me because I didn't have room in my cup holders. Not only did THEY apologize for the other locations lack of customer service, but they comped my drinks even though they had no obligation to do so. For that, I thank them and they have earned my business every day as I will no longer be going to the other location in the same town. Exceptional customer service, and exceptional upholding of Starbucks values. Bravo!

Love this Starbucks, they are always friendly and get me order just right. I wanted to try something new and Prisca was really wonderful and recommended the green tea with strawberry. It was delicious not too sweet and now I have a new favorite. Love this spot.

Girl working cashier right now (12:23 8/24) was so incredibly rude I was taken aback. Never experienced a rude Starbucks employee before. Won’t be coming back. She was so rude it has changed the entire vibe of my day. Pumpkin spice Frappuccino was really god though but extremely overpriced at 6.22 FOR A TALL.

Give everyone a raise, especially Michelle M. she's very nice 10/10 works hard and was great at making my coffee it was very yummy, definitely recommend going there. They also love rubber duckies so if you'd like to make a whole crew of baristas really happy tip them a rubber duckie!
