Want to have a high probability of getting sick??? Go to this Starbucks and you have two opportunities by going to the restroom. First opportunity is try washing your hands with very little water coming out of the faucet. Tells me the staff does not adequately wash their hands. Too cheap to provide a normal stream of water. Totally unacceptable. Second opportunity is the restroom has no paper towels. They have those germ breeding air hand dryers. I despise walking into a restroom and see that crap on the walls. Their excuse is the left wing narrative of saving the environment but yet use our germ breeding air hand dryers and make yourself sick. They also don't have enough seating and if you end up sitting at a table near the door like I had to yesterday then you freeze from the cold air with each time the door is opened which is extremely often. This place is an absolute joke!!!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Very attentive and helped fix a mistake we made in our order. Staff is always so friendly and considerate at this location. Clearly a very well run Starbucks with a lot of loyal customers.

The staff working at this Starbucks today May 10th in the morning is just amazing! I messed up the order of my coffee in another location, I stopped by real quick before traveling back home and they very kindly made me a new one! Very friendly staff. Love this. Thank you Starbucks!
The staff that was working the morning of March 29th was extremely rude. My drink was accidentally hot instead of iced so I asked if they could have it iced. I don’t normally switch my drinks but after they put it in a cold cup over ice something was off. I asked if they could remake it completely with almond milk making sure it was iced and I watched them deliberately put whole milk in it after I verified I requested almond milk. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Not impressed.

Was just in there. Made the mistake of calling a frap choc chip a frap choc chip bc it’s a java chip with coffee. Totally fine with correction but it was a 3 min correction of this person explaining it. I had just worked 14 hours the day before…then the order was supposed to be a venti got a grande..Atmosphere was just not friendly. I had explained i was just exhausted and knew what each was i just had said it wrong but then he continued to explain other differences on top of that. It was just not a welcoming experience and i’ve never had issues with starbucks.
