I had already been sitting in the drive thru for quite some time, so I decided to place a mobile order. As my luck would have it, as soon as my order went through, the line moved just enough for me to make it up to the speaker. The girl over the speaker was extremely rude to me about my mobile order, even though I attempted to apologize. I’d ordered an iced chai too, literally one of the quickest drinks to make besides a plain black coffee. Then, I get to the window (at the same time the app had told me my order would be ready, btw), and they are out of the food I ordered (oatmeal, also quick to prepare). Instead of being rude to me, the girl the speaker could’ve let me know they were out. The guy that was at the window seemed apologetic, but stated that they could not refund me and I would either have to pick something else or they would leave a note and I could come another time. I ended up just getting something else because I don’t plan to ever return to this location. I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for quite some time (long enough to have received a Gold card, back when they still mailed those out) and never experienced this amount of poor customer service.

Made the mistake of ordering take out. I'm highly disappointed in this store because they literally made my drink to sour. It had no flavor in it. It was very sour and I spent over $20 to not even enjoy my food. I checked on the app, Warm my muffin and they did not warm it. So I have cold food and a sour drink that you can't even tolerate because of how sour it is.

Not the friendliest customer service. Usually have pretty decent customer service at any Starbucks's, I go to, but this one, not so much. IMO, there's plenty of other Starbucks in the area to give your money to. Definitely not kid-friendly.

I was going to go through the drive-thru and had two young kids with me, so we parked and went in to use the restroom before going through and ordering. The employee behind the counter said “are you picking up an order because if not you can’t use those.” Totally understandable with adults coming in and loitering or doing who knows what in the bathroom… but really, you’re going to stop two young kids and their mom from using the restroom? I’m pretty sure that’s not why that policy exists…. we skipped the drive thru and got our treat elsewhere. Perfect example of understandable policy but poor execution which leads to dissatisfied customers. Many people use the bathroom before ordering - especially when young kids are along….

The drinks I’ve ordered here seem to be consistent, but the customer service is not. Some days the service is incredibly welcoming and kind and other days I’m treated as if I’ve upset them by ordering and they are entirely unfriendly. This is not a location I want to return to in the future.

The microphone post had a taped piece of paper with sharpie crudely listing maybe 8 items that were out of stock. Then, upon letting the young lady manning the station know I had a mobile order, I was lectured that I did not place my order, "at least 5 minutes" ahead - my order was only 2 minutes ahead. That my order was just received. That they had not yet begun working on it. This was a completely empty drive through. The order was for a refresher and a hot chocolate for my kid. Both drinks were handed to me immediately upon getting to the window. Not a single car was ahead of me in line, and it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I understand being tired or frustrated by interacting with the public, but this young lady very clearly needs to be put into a different role. I'll give target a 10 minute head start to grab my things, but at Starbucks it is a drive through and a simple order that I could have placed then and there anyway.

Okay so shout out to the young lady who always wears a headband(usually black headband). Today I walked in and said I want a coffee drink that’s not too sweet and she ran down a few coffee options…it hadn’t dawned on me that I could order straight coffee with oatmilk and regular sugar… thank you for your patience…PS this is the only Starbucks that gets me!!! the entire team is amazing they always accommodate my request but she has literally slow-walked me over three years and finally implied that I just wanted coffee instead of a specialty drink minus this and minus that…this woman literally has the patience of a saint

Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich…mozz and tomato panini, grilled cheese

I think they are looking for either a cook or an oven at this location. Ordered two Spinach Feta Egg Wraps.
One end about 1" in was hot. The rest Ice cold. I don't recommend this business for a "Hot" breakfast.

Follow up. Store responded. Tried to contact them but the application could not locate this business. So double whammy bad food could not contact.

Wow I was totally blown away by how helpful Meredith was today while taking my order. I wanted to try something new and instead of just waiting for me to read the menu in the drive through she actively asked questions to see what i would like. The best Starbucks experience I’ve had I will say hands down. Thank you Meredith for a great recommendation and a truly wonderful start to my day!

I got a chocolate chip cookie and a carmel frappe last night (9/02/2024) from here. 1) Your app is fantastic! Not slow at all, gives me all the customizations I could want and more. Loved the fact I could get a free drink if I ordered another item! 2) When I asked for extra caramel in my frappe they delivered! Usually when I ask for extra, places like McDonald's will be stingy with it but not you guys! 3) my frappe was DELICIOUS! Perfectly blended. 4) The cookie I got was bigger than I thought it would be. And for a great price! Not only that; it was the best chocolate chip cookie I've had in a very long time. Honestly I wasn't having the best night but those two things just made my soul happy. 5) Just overall was a great experience picking up. Didn't have to wait at all, order was ready very quickly and beautifully crafted. I was greeted right away and was told to have a great night.
If I ever find myself near that Starbucks again; I'm definitely stopping in!

For me one, they had no ham and swiss croissants, which was understandable but disappointing. I asked for something I always get, somehow it was not understood to blend my frappe so I asked if they could blend it… how it normally comes and came 3 days beforehand. Jason proceeded to say next time to ask for it blended clearer. I received my venti back with the strawberries barely blended in. They probably just scraped the whipped cream off that had all the strawberries on top, half blended it, and have it back which would explain the bottom still being full of strawberry purée after the “fix”. Idk I still don't really understand why it was still so hard. Not everybody likes all the strawberry purée jelly and normally, I have no issues with any other location making it just how i like smh. I didn’t finish my drink bc of the bottom.
