Had a dog with me and was never asked if he was a service animal was just told I can’t have a dog with me unless he is a service animal. This location has lost a loyal customer. I come to this location 2-3 times a week. Not anymore.

I’m not sure why, but I always encounter problems at this location that I don’t at others. Today, I was given the combination of a broken lid with an extremely full cup. I typically order extra espresso shots and nearly all other locations will sub the venti cup for a trenta (upon request) to provide some space at the top. The employee at this location refused, but another employee provided a trenta cup on the side. Accordingly, I now have the coffee in a trenta cup I desired, but with the undesirable bonus of coffee stained trousers from the faulty overfilled and broken venti cup I received. This is the sixth time something like this has happened at this location, so I guess from now on I’ll take my businesses elsewhere.

8 people on staff. 6 standing doing not much but with folded arms talking to each other and one at the window and one in the back. The 6 have their backs turned towards from the front counter and I'm standing and waiting with no one in line, wish I had payroll to waste like that. The drinks being made fast and right was it saving grace however not customer centric there. Seems to be the younger the staff the less the customer means these days and the more they can wait......

Slipped on some oil today walking by the Drive-Thru. Very dangerous.
This is hands down the most impressive Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I chose this location specifically because their hours worked well for a meet-up with a friend after 5 p.m.—and the service completely exceeded my expectations.
Connor, the barista who made my drink, was incredibly kind and welcoming. As someone who doesn’t visit Starbucks often, I really appreciated how he made me feel comfortable navigating the menu. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference.
I also noticed that the manager’s business cards were available at the counter, which stood out to me. Having worked in the service industry, I know how challenging it can be to manage customer feedback—so seeing that level of openness and accountability was impressive.
After receiving our drinks, another team member checked in on us to make sure we were all set. The attention to detail and overall friendliness of the staff made this visit truly exceptional.

What can I say? I like Starbucks. This location like the only one with late hours. I am about that Matcha Latte life. Can't do coffee no more but still like the SB.

What a great experience. Ordered a drink with special instructions for one of my family members. Even though the cafe was busy with online orders, the barista who served me was quick to greet me and let me know he would be right there to take my order soon. ☺️ His service was quick, kind, and attentive to the special changes made to the drink. My family member thoroughly enjoyed their order. And the shop had a very spacious set up and is very clean. 😃 Definitely one of the best Starbucks cafes I have been too!
