First of all, I won’t be returning. The manager, Liza I think her name is, was beyond rude and full of herself. Another employee, Morgan, was also extremely rude. My food was frozen in the middle and when I had told them they said I had to pay for a whole new set of egg bites. This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I could go on and on about how awful they are but then again, what’s the point. I hope this store takes action and works on it because my experience was unbelievably ridiculous. What happened to the Starbucks values? This place doesn’t even deserve ONE STAR.Upon further examination, there are multiple other reviews that show exactly what I’m talking about. This “Liza” needs to be held responsible for her and her employees actions. Ridiculous.

I saw they had a job position for barista open and went ahead and applied. When talking to an employee to express my interest in the position, they said they were hiring and told me to reach out to Liza. I called the store the next morning and spoke with Liza to let her know that I applied, but she cut me off before I could, saying she was too busy to talk to me and told me to call her back around 2pm. I wanted to make a good impression so I decided to come in person. I got there around 1:45pm. When talking to an employee, I found out that Liza had left. I explained to the employee that I was supposed to talk to Liza today about a position I applied for. The employee calls Liza only to tell me that they weren’t hiring at this time and Liza had no intentions of talking to me, denying ever planning to talk with me in the first place. Very disappointed. Overall poor leadership, could’ve been handled a lot better. I don’t understand why there would be a position open and another employee would say they are hiring if they aren’t hiring. Ruined the experience for me.

I pick up my morning mocha from here almost everyday, but i noticed overtime my cup gets emptier. Today (picture below) was the cherry on top. Pay too much money for it to be not filled up. Not going back to this starbucks. Ps: i get no whip cream, so they dont need to leave space for that.

There’s a 50/50 chance they will be out of what you’re ordering. They are regularly out of main menu items like the caramel brûlée, hazelnut syrup, peppermint syrup, etc.

We are tired of drinking cold coffee from this place. Every time I buy coffee, I find it cold. How is it possible that you ask for hot coffee and they give you cold coffee in this cold? The manager must take action. Everyone is complaining about this problem.

I really enjoyed the Starbucks in Cary. It was our first time. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and entertaining. She helped us figure out exactly what we wanted then the two young men got to work quickly preparing our after dinner coffees. Thanks for your entertaining courtesy and mastery of just the right after dinner coffee concoctions!

Stopped in this location on a trip in the area early one morning last month. Staff were friendly and the interior was clean and great to get a little work done at before we hit the road again. Though the food and drinks served are relatively standard across the chain, it was definitely a pleasant experience and nice place to take a break in the area. I noticed staff were cleaning their work areas thoroughly during our visit and bathrooms were nice, clean and spacious.I really appreciated have a nice spot to recharge in the early morning, especially as a queer Asian person traveling through NC.
