Do not order anything on their website because it will be cancelled and they will not give you your money back. Manager had no resolution to how you could get you money back, wasn't able to provide or trying to provide a corporate number to get the issue resolved, or anything! Just lets me know that the owner cancelled the order so he could keep the money. Not one penny has been returned. Subway has yet again lost another customer. Every-time I visit, it continues to prove to me of why not to buy food there. Get your website and franchise together because this is terrible!

I've never encountered such rude Subway employees. They lack basic courtesy and friendliness. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I owed them millions of dollars. I won't be going back. I can't believe they can make clean food with such cold and heartless eyes.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Owner needs to step in. My elderly mother walked in and the woman working at 6pm on June 2nd, 2025 was almost hostile and nowhere to be found. She intentionally but almost nothing in the sandwiches. I will never go back there and we leave around corner. Truly shameful. Owner…: you should check in on your staff. You have an issue.

Just like most subway locations, don't expect a half pound of meat on your beast sub as advertised, IF you use a coupon.

Tuna subs are pretty much the only thing I ever get here. Tonight I went and there's only about half of the portion of tuna normally on the sub. She finished off the container the tuna was in and instead of replacing it with a new one just spread the two scoops she had already put. It's a 12 inch sub. the sandwich weighed next nothing. I see why subway started putting the metal barrier up. It's to keep people from seeing they're getting less food. I paid near 13 dollars for a bread sandwich.
On 12/31, I ordered delivery of a #23 Hotshot 6-inch sandwich with double meat and bacon along with a #6 The Boss footlong. When I received my order, I found that the footlong was a six-inch, and the hotshot was made without cheese, bacon, or double meat, but it did have extra lettuce. The order was completely wrong.
I don't know who was responsible for preparing the food, but it's inexcusable to get these ingredients so wrong, especially the size of the subs. I suggest that you offer your employees remedial sandwich training, plus a refresher course on how to read online orders.

I went to get me and my daughter a sub. The lady told me I could only get meatballs and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on my sub for the special, no toppings at all. I said I’ll pay extra for toppings this lady said I couldn’t do that!! What? I can’t pay extra and get cheese Mayo lettuce?? Ok never going there again!!!!
