Ordered from their app. They gave one slice of meat to cover the bread and no more. This is just a bread and lettuce sandwich.

Not Telling

The food here is fine. They didn't mess up my order, as suggested by previous reviews.... Here's my issue: when I say "hello, how are you doing?", ask for extra napkins, etc. I kinda expect the folks there to respond in a positive way or at least respond at all....

The guy who I assume is managing or owns the store ghosted me completely twice.

The lady who is behind the counter making the sandwiches ignored my requests for extra napkins and began making the next guys meal, and would not even attempt to make small talk when I tried to with them...

The atmosphere is HOSTILE. You don't feel WELCOME here at all. The guy next to me said the same thing to me while we were waiting: "Why won't they talk to us?"

I am a very kind hearted and outgoing person, and I know everyone has bad days etc. But.... THE WHOLE STORE CANT HAVE A BAD DAY AND MAKE THE STORE UNWELCOMING TO CUSTOMERS!

That's just bad business and honestly it's just plain RUDE!

I won't be back. I hope you guys get your act together... I just won't be there to support it when you do.

I can see from other reviews that other people have had this problem but they decided they weren’t going to honor coupons that came in the mail, which is the only reason this food is remotely worth the price. Do not visit this location.

The clerk gets to decide if they want to accept the coupons that come in the mail. Clearly based off other reviews they accept coupons but today he decided coupons arr not accepted at this location even though there is a sign that says present coupons before placing order.

STAY AWAY from this place. I ordered here for location convenience, I’d rather drive to the next closest location because this place is ridiculously mismanaged. Why the f am I ordering online to “skip the line” and PICK UP but when I get there I gotta wait for the cashier to ring everyone else up in order for me to have to ask for my dam sandwich? Defeats the purpose. On top of that my sandwich is soggy. Hope they go out of business because I am not the only one having bad experiences here. Staff is incompetent.

We have ordered from this location multiple times, but this visit was very disappointing, and will be our final visit. Ordered a turkey sandwich, received a tuna, not even the same animal. Had to drive all the way back to the location. Clerk demanded we give the incorrect sandwich back after insisting on an inspection after we handled it and drove it back, all the while preparing other food. Not sanitary. Read the other reviews, this franchise owner is a hack and will get people sick with these practices.

Speaking of which, the owner was contacted on the spot and said it was policy to confiscate the incorrect sandwich. What policy? I call BS. We were refused the correct sandwich that we had now driven twice to get until after we handed the old one over. Who does this? I'll tell you who, someone who doesn't follow basic customer service or health guidelines.

DO NOT go to this location. I was given the wrong sandwich, drove all the way home (15 minutes) and then had to go back for the correct sub. That part isn’t the problem, we are all human and make mistakes. But the owner made me give the sub back that I had opened and touched and wouldn’t make the new until I gave him the sandwich back that had been made incorrectly. No food place should touch or accept food back into their location that has been handled by a customer, especially while making other people’s subs. I order frequently from this location but will never go back. Horrible customer service for a routine customer and obviously not sanitary.

Wanna starve? Eat here! Asked for a Tuna sandwich (footlong) and barely got any tuna. When I say that, I mean that he gave me 2 scoops where other locations give ~4 to 5. The toppings were scarce. I got 6 leaves of spinach and like 10 olive. My sandwich is 95% bread, 3% toppings, and 2% tuna. He also stopped mid way of making my sandwich to do random chores around the store, like dude. I wanna freaking pay and eat my sad sandwich, not watch you switch over bread. Thanks.

I can't believe they over charged me on wrap ($16) and the place is dirty, the preparer chewed tobacco while making my food?, no hairnet on....I'll never step in here again, I Will NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This store is one of the few with light mayo so I normally order from here and it is not the first time I’ve had a problem with the guy working there. He is always incredibly rude but I didn’t expect him to snap at me for sitting down in the store to eat because he was closing in a half hour. I ordered online there is no way to put light mayo on a sandwich so I wrote it in the notes. He had no idea what he was putting on my sandwich. I ordered more/extra sauce and black olives there are about no black olives or dressing on my sandwich.

Store manager was very disrespectful with an order. Veggies or chicken was spoilt and we had to take it back to the store at 9:15 pm to show them what it was like and had to trash the food in front of him. We were assured of a refund the next day as the register was closed but when we called him the next day he said once the order is picked up it is customers problem and cannot honor a refund which we were committed to the day before. Worst food and worst customer service. He blamed it on the cheese dressing when asked for the refund. Wonder why he was unable to identify the night before when the food was brought back to the store. We have had subs with same dressing from other stores but never had this issue.

Subway is not my first choice for a sandwich shop, I only came to this one because we had coupons that came in the mail so I said “why not”. The coupon we had lets you get two footlongs for 12.99. We got there realized we had accidentally torn the date so we went back to the car and got the piece that showed the valid date and showed it to the guy And started our order. When we got to the check out the coupon due to being torn funnily wouldn’t scan so the guy said we would have to pay full price even tho we had our valid coupon. I ran out to the car to get the booklet in hope of finding the missing piece of barcode and when I got back they had torn up the coupon but seeing the booklet they found another coupon of lesser value and used that one. I don’t understand why they couldn’t find a way to enter the coupon manually seeing as we had a valid coupon it just wouldn’t scan or even just comping the difference. I wouldn’t have spent my money there had I known my coupon wouldn’t work. Not wanting to waste we paid the extra and left but not only were our sandwiches alright at best the incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be going back. A visit that would have cost us maybe $14 w/tax wound up costing just abt $20. not a lot of money but its the principle, very disappointed.
