Super expensive and not sure if they are weighing the yogurt accurately. Bought two cups for small kids and it was $24. Never going back again. I can buy six half gallons of ice cream for that price.

A brunette girl with long nails and a apron served me, extremely rude! When she asked what I had wanted, She used a horrible tone and rolled her eyes! I felt like an Inconvenience. Over heard the same girl saying very unkind things to other workers.. The yogurt was amazing but I can not say the same about the customer service. Unsure if I should return..

Love frozen yogurt!! Sweet Frog has delicious flavors and toppings. My favorite is strawberry with fresh fruits toppings.

Great fro-yo but the whole place smelled incredibly strongly of cleaning agent both times I’ve been which makes it very hard to taste your dessert if you’re sitting indoors. Luckily they have tables outside. It’s also very expensive for fro-yo.

We love everything aabout frozen yogurt and Sweetfrog never disappoints! Clean and a plethora of options! Lots of parking and great location! It definitely gets pricey coz we load up our cups! But we’re greedy! 🤣🤣

so disappointing to see that you can STILL no longer scoop your own toppings. i understand during the pandemic but every other location has gone back to scooping your own toppings. it defeats the purpose of frozen yogurt when it’s known for being self service. also disappointing to know they don’t participate in no weight wednesday or other promotions.

Upn arrival, noone was upfront. After waiting a couple of minutes for toppings, 2 employees came out from the back, and then a third.
The youngest employee slammed our cups on the scale. I'm not sure if this is necessary in order to receive a reading. When she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. Instead of handing it to me, she literally tossed it on the scale. I felt I was an inconvenience.

Sweet frog is delicious and I’ve never had a problem until today. I received an instagram ad about a promotion that apparently wasn’t applicable to this location, no problem right, I moved on with it and the gentleman told me that my friend and I could do a different promotion for $3 off $15 for new rewards accounts. I signed up and told him my phone number three times and he could not find it, so he grabbed his coworker. A woman with brown hair and a frog hat came to register and immediately was rude and had an attitude with me saying I needed to sign up with no introduction. No hello, no nothing, I hadn’t even spoken to her before she was snippy with me. Per reading other reviews, this young lady is mentioned a few times for being rude. Menchie’s for the win next time, I would have expected better customer service for paying $20 for a yogurt.
