I wish they would let us get the toppings ourselves. I kept having to say not that much to the amount topping they put!- the staff loads up the topping probably since it's weighed. Plus, it was just one person doing the toppings and at the register so the line got really long.
The wet walnut topping was horrible- the honey was extremely hard not edible.
Please change it like the other sweet frog locations!

The Fro-yo never disappoints. My daughter is hooked. Even though we've been coming here for so long now I've never been compelled to leave a review until today. And it is purely and solely because of the service. Rachel was phenomenal. Very friendly, welcoming and intentionally attentive. I don't think I need to go anywhere else.

It's slightly overpriced for what you get. They had a decent amount of flavor options but not a ton. They had a good selection of toppings too. Are favorite flavors are pineapple and raspberry dole. For a better price I would recommend somewhere like cold stone but it is different here so it depends on what you like.

Where. Do. I. Even. Begin. I came in not too long ago-- I walk in and I hear the employees make the loudest groan. They both were brunette one of them was tall, the other was shorter. I went to use the restroom before getting a cup and the bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Toilet paper everywhere, soap on the mirror, Dirt on the floors. When I used to come here often over the summer that bathroom was always spotless! Also noticed so much yogurt on the tables and floors.. I grabbed a cup and some yogurt and when I went up to the counter the shorter employee was so rude to me. Blunt voice, gave me a very unkind face, slammed my cup after she finished my toppings. Due to this I did not tip, when she saw this she rolled her eyes and gave her coworker a look. Definitely do not plan on returning. Staff was much nicer over the Summer..

Super expensive and not sure if they are weighing the yogurt accurately. Bought two cups for small kids and it was $24. Never going back again. I can buy six half gallons of ice cream for that price.
