I've been going for quite some time now.Haven't really had any problems other than just blatantly ignored And so you have to basically yell to get somebody's attention. I DoorDash some food in my house. Last week and the order was completely wrong. They ended up closing so there was nothing I could do and then to. Night on. Sunday, November 16th. I sent my girlfriend to go pick up some food. Hoping that it was correct. It was my fault for not checking To see if It was But we both ordered the flamin hot burrito combo that is supposed to come with a taco but neither of ours had the taco. So we were missing two items. Like by all means, I am not a ignorant person and I have the most amount of respect being that I have been going here for quite some time. But it just seems like people are slacking. Not getting that you see a 1000 people a day. I've worked in fast food as well. I know how it is and definitely. Underrated, as far as getting paid. And for doing the amount of work that they do. I'm just a little frustrated being that. It's have not gotten my food correct. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I'm sorry for having to write a post and thank you for All the work That you do.

I don't know about other's experiences but every time I go I get great service. The tea is excellent, they put more than enough meat in the tacos. Love it!!

Terrible service, terrible portions, missing avocado sauce, lousy attitude. Restaurant itself was OK. They remade Caliente CT soft chicken taco supposedly with double meat portion (on left.) Looks just as crappy and meatless as 1st attempt (on right.) Came to same store earlier and was pleased at that taco. It was reason I came back for another try, regrettably.
Good location, but they do need to improve their service. The last time I was at this one, I went through the drive-thru and I heard the manager get onto the workers while they were serving the customers, which is very unprofessional. Also, whenever I get chips and cheese sauce with my order, I find the chips all over the bottom of the bag and they do a sorry job of cutting the quesadillas. Taco Bell in Cary, you got some work to do.

Ordered a mobile order to pick up in store around 11:40. They close at 1 am and when we arrived the doors were locked, and no one was responding at the drive thru. After knocking on the door multiple times we look in through the windows and see two people sitting in the kitchen while there is food sitting on the counter. Honestly disappointed, I paid $45 for meals to eat among my friends and we couldn’t even go into the store because doors were locked an hour and a half before they close. Even called to try to alert employees that we were picking up an order, but no one answered. Music and lights were still on as well.

Been here several times. I got sick one time when I called them they acted like it wasn’t an issue! I’ve been through drive through an they completely ignore you even though I already paid for the food and had to drive to the window and actually get them to come to the window and they still looked at me like I will we don’t have a mobile order and I’m showing them on my phone very rude!
