Terrible service, terrible portions, missing avocado sauce, lousy attitude. Restaurant itself was OK. They remade Caliente CT soft chicken taco supposedly with double meat portion (on left.) Looks just as crappy and meatless as 1st attempt (on right.) Came to same store earlier and was pleased at that taco. It was reason I came back for another try, regrettably.

Good location, but they do need to improve their service. The last time I was at this one, I went through the drive-thru and I heard the manager get onto the workers while they were serving the customers, which is very unprofessional. Also, whenever I get chips and cheese sauce with my order, I find the chips all over the bottom of the bag and they do a sorry job of cutting the quesadillas. Taco Bell in Cary, you got some work to do.

Ordered a mobile order to pick up in store around 11:40. They close at 1 am and when we arrived the doors were locked, and no one was responding at the drive thru. After knocking on the door multiple times we look in through the windows and see two people sitting in the kitchen while there is food sitting on the counter. Honestly disappointed, I paid $45 for meals to eat among my friends and we couldn’t even go into the store because doors were locked an hour and a half before they close. Even called to try to alert employees that we were picking up an order, but no one answered. Music and lights were still on as well.

Been here several times. I got sick one time when I called them they acted like it wasn’t an issue! I’ve been through drive through an they completely ignore you even though I already paid for the food and had to drive to the window and actually get them to come to the window and they still looked at me like I will we don’t have a mobile order and I’m showing them on my phone very rude!

I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s a bad service or excellent service. I am very disappointed with the lack of care tonight with trying to order food here. I just got off a 12 hour shift from the hospital and just wanted to pick up a meal before I headed home. I got here at 12:15am right before they stop taking orders and the gentleman who was taking the orders at the drive thru refused to take my order and said he was only taking mobile orders or uber eats as he chuckled. It was truly disrespectful and don’t know what our world is coming to if you don’t like the job leave there are so many people who need a job and want a job, and people like this ruin it for them. I hope this review gets noticed and that something is said to that gentleman. Definitely not okay be better and learn from your mistakes!

DO NOT order through uber eats. If you can drive do pick up or order at the store instead. Every time I place an order and select the sauce packets they never include the sauce packets. Not even one. The taco shells also end up cracked and the food is not hot even though the store is like 5 mins away. If I could drive to the store myself I 100% would instead of ordering through uber eats.

So recently I had my order completely wrong and so I decided to go back and get my order corrected. While I was there they gave me coupons for free tacos…now something I don’t understand is why would they give me 6 coupons if I can’t even use them? Don’t even go here because you’re gonna deal with long drive thru lanes and most likely your food is gonna be wrong.
