This is perhaps the worst Taco Bell around here. The drive-thru hours posted online say that it’s open until 12am and 1am on weekends, but I’ve been refused service multiple nights at 11pm because “They’re short staffed and only taking mobile orders”. I tried to go through the drive-thru last night at 11pm and I was the only car there besides 5 cars parked in the lot. The guy taking orders asked if my order was online and I said no, I’m just trying to order food right now. He tells me they’re short staffed and only taking online orders. So I ask how long would it take if I parked and did an order online and he just said he didn’t know I would just have to do it. Mind you, I can see inside the windows and there are 5 employees all sitting at the same table just hanging out! Like damn, I get that me coming to the drive-thru to order food gives you some work to do, but it’s a job. I would love to get paid to just turn people away when I don’t want to serve them during operating hours. I also work nights, and I thought this could be an easy stop on the way home so I didn’t have to make dinner. I’m in disbelief that a restaurant would deny the only person at their establishment trying to order food because it wasn’t placed online or on the app.

I hate to leave a negative review, but I placed a mobile order for breakfast at this location around 10:45, but when I went to pick it up shortly after 11:00, they told me they were no longer serving breakfast even though I had already paid for my order, and that I would need to cancel the order from my end and get a refund that way, and there was nothing they could do, so I had no choice but to leave empty-handed unless I wanted to place another order with them.Until I get a refund, I'll be leaving this one star review up. I'll be happy to take it down once I get my money back.

Three consecutive orders, all shorted items. Most of what i did get was burnt or thrown together so badly (meat all on one end, veggies smashed to the other, sauce in giant splash in only 1 spot), i threw it out. Overpriced garbage.

Picked up dinner for my grandma who really wanted some taco bell. The lid wasn't put on her nacho Bell grande properly and it spilled into the bag. We were also missing two tacos. We didn't realize this until we got home and at that point it wasn't worth it to go back.

Al made this one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. He was immediately friendly, had a smiling face, and greeted us as we walked in. Our food was made perfectly and given to us HOT.This Taco Bell is lucky to have someone that ACTUALLY CARES. Thank you!

Ordered for pickup. We sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes and they didn’t do so much as acknowledge us. Pulled up to the window and they ignored us for a good 5 min before we were able to tell them we had a pickup. Ended up with cold food. Never coming to this location again. They’ve let it go.

Ordered through their mobile app. Was told in drive thru they didn’t have my name. Offered to give my order number but was told to come in. It was 8pm and I had two sleeping babies in the car, relayed this to the guy but he wouldn’t help me, kept saying I needed to come in. I told him I was canceling my order and drove off. My card was already charged through Apple Pay so I hope I get my refund.

It looks like they're understaffed with kids who could care less. Takes forever to get your food no matter how you order. Everyone working there is rude to customers who have to wait 30 plus mins for an order that is likely not correct. Most likely won't be heading back to this taco bell.
