Taipei 101, a renowned restaurant in Cary, offers an authentic and delectable dining experience. The menu features a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including the popular beef noodle soup, which reminds customers of the ones they've enjoyed in Taiwan. The food, such as the griddle chicken, mapo tofu, spicy fish, and twice-cooked pork, is praised for its exceptional Szechuan-style flavors and family-style presentation. Even the white rice is noted for its superior taste compared to many other establishments. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is described as fast and friendly, catering to the needs of its customers. While the restaurant may be on the pricier side, the high-quality, authentic cuisine and attentive service make it a favorite among repeat customers seeking a taste of Taiwan in the Triangle area.
