Wow, this is part of a chain, had this in Charlotte, saw it in Toronto and in Asia ,Yunnan rice noodles are very popular. This is as authentic as it gets.. my regular go to place and don't forget they serve nice fruit teas too !

It's a hidden gem place in this area. I ordered tomato soup with fish fillet, added pork chop and lemon oolong tea. They came out around 10 minutes, it was quick. The hot pot was a fire lol. I made combination, so there was a small tray with foods that was cooked expected the cabage. It was fun to pour all of them into the hot pot. The soup was thick, rice noodle was firm, pork chop was crispy outside and tender inside. It tasted fabulous!! The tea was great too. It was fresh, the sugar just right, not too sweet. Everything was amazing, will definitely be back!

The absolute best place for Asian soup in south Charlotte. Excellent broths with depth and spice, fun to make, enough for two meals, and above all, the service is warm and attentive and engaging.

It’s supposed to be fast food. This place is very very slow, waited 30 min, the food still not ready. The staff said first come, first serve. Another table arrived 15 minutes later than us got their food! So disappointed. All in all, very disappointing.

First time trying Yunnan cuisine, tried the collagen chicken rice noodles it was amazing. Crispy fried milk was also great not too sweet, wait staff were so nice and handled a large group well.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all! They added items we didn't order to the bill and overcharged us. When we pointed it out, there was no apology, and they even said it happens often. The server watches you as you sign and leave a tip, making it awkward. This place is very dishonest, so I suggest avoiding it!

I don't recommend this restaurant at all! They added something to the bill that we didn't order, overcharged us, and were unapologetic when we brought it up, saying this happens all the time. The waiter stares at you when checking out and asks you to sign and give a tip. It's an embarrassing situation. This store is so dishonest, I suggest you avoid it!

A Delightful Escape to Yunnan: Authentic Rice Noodles and Warm Hospitality! I ordered the Szechun Hopot Rice noodles and I must say, it was a culinary masterpiece! The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tender rice noodles,and succulent meat. Every spoonful was a delightful explosion of flavors. And it's delicious SPICY!!

I do not recommend this restaurant at all!! They overcharge you by adding extra items to your bill, and when they hand it to you, they go over the charges themselves, making it awkward. You’re expected to sign and leave a tip right in front of the server. Our experience was terrible—they charged us for things we didn’t order, and when we brought it up, there was no apology. In fact, they said it happens often! It's shocking how unapologetic and dishonest this place is. Avoid at all costs!

Went there twice and safe to say that this is gonna be my new favorite noodle place! A must order side dish is the fried mantau and popcorn chicken. I’m not a fan of deep fried food but this place is an exception!

I tried the golden soup beef tripe noodles - I like the soup, but the beef tripe is the thin type.. and was given very little tripe. The soup is not spicy and safe to be shared with kids.

The sauerkraut soup is delicious with good amount of fish slices. There’s a slight spiciness to it which I like.

Hope the portion will be improved for tripe dishes.
