Terrible service food was worse. Had to wait 40+ minutes for food and on top of that they were out of pizza dough and we didn’t find out until way after we ordered pizza…come on man…seriously??

Bartenders were completely inattentive even though they both saw us, and were not exactly friendly when they finally decided to help us. Couldn't even taste liquor in the cocktails. Staff at the front desk was not friendly. Bathrooms were disgusting - water (?) and toilet paper everywhere, and there was no soap. There wasn't even any hand sanitizer in the wall dispenser in the building. Couldn't exhange game card because the guy left at like 9:45? Pretty random time. No sign or anything, just waited and waited and finally went to ask someone (even though several workers saw us standing there). We just gave our card to someone else and won't be coming back. Thought we'd give them a try, but if I were you, I'd just save yourself the poor customer service experience and go to Dave and Buster's.

We stopped here for a drink before our comedy show. Nice bartenders. Well stocked bar. Good location with TVs and lots of seating. Loved that the place had arcades, indoor putt putt and bowling. Great spot and the menu also looked really good. Our drinks were tasty although simple and nothing unique about them and we didn’t have anything to complain about.

Went to the bar for food and drinks on 1/14/23 after the Improv with friends. It was our first time at the Agency and probably our last. The bartender didn’t acknowledge us at all. He kept walking past us but was assisting other customers. I finally asked for a menu. I asked him to make me a drink he act like he didn’t know how to make a lemon drop martini. He put my drink in huge glass. My party had to keep repeating to him what we wanted to eat and drink. I think he was acting oblivious on purpose. Later he left the bar and never came back.

They claimed the lanes were booked. I waited 2 hours and no one showed. Asked once again after a family left. Was lied to and told the lanes didn’t work. Was lied to once again that a gentleman was not a manager. Turned out he was a manger. And that the lanes worked. I would never come back. The hotel next door gave me drink and movie tickets not worth it.

Went here for lunch and got the build a burger and it was amazing. 10/10 must try again.
Always great when a bartender watches you sit down, folds his arms and turns his back to you and never even acknowledges you as a customer.
