Ms. Sharon Brown who left a 1 star review left the entire bar STUNNED when she came into the establishment with arguably the absolute worst attitude I’ve seen in my life.
She was complaining that the wings were, “too large”. I kid you not..
“These wings are TOO large, how am I gone eat that? Why did they get so big?”
When the bartender said they’ve always been that size she said “I DONT LIKE THE FLAVOR AND THEY TOO BIG!”.
Is it because it’s too big now or the flavor? Or is it because you’re a miserable person spreading misery to everyone you get in contact with?
Whole bar hated her, and she kept talking about the review she was gonna leave which is why I wanted to make sure I did a 5-star to even out the crazy old lady review.
Love the bar, will be coming back frequently.

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for many years, frequently visiting not only on my own but also with colleagues from my workplace. I have always enjoyed ordering the same item: sweet and spicy wings, extra crispy and well done.
During my most recent visit, however, I was disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service I received. The wings that were served were unusually large, not well done as requested, and did not taste the same as what I have consistently ordered in the past. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, she refused/declined to provide her name however it was the blonde that she says works Mon-Friday mornings and informed me that a refund could not be issued because my card had already been charged.
When I reiterated that I was not satisfied with the order and requested a refund, the manager abruptly took the receipt from my hand, tore it up, and stated that I had been refunded but would no longer be allowed to order my usual item in the future. This interaction came across as highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I am disappointed by this experience, as it does not reflect the quality of service I have come to expect over the years. I hope that management will address this matter appropriately so that loyal customers such as myself feel respected and valued.

They don't let anyone sit outside of their business, even if it's a hot day and you stop for a rest. My elderly grandmother needed to sit down, and this rude man comes out saying that the chairs are only for customers and we needed to purchase something. It's 95 and she was hot and tired. Maybe offer her a water instead.
They don't like the public coming into their public business to use their public bathroom without buying anything. Lady gets between me and the door and asks if she can help me. I replied no, I just needed to use the restroom and the other staff started being disrespectful. The restroom was out of hand soap 🤷♂️
Two instances, both terrible. The owners of this pub are the greediest people in Cary.

I read the reviews for the wings before I went. I ordered a bloody Mary as well as some onion rings and wings. All of it was great. Good food, friendly service, just a laid back place.

Established in 2013, Cary Pub is likely Cary’s oldest pub. Low-key vibe, great beer selection, and tasty food. Started with wings—crisp, juicy, best I’ve had in ages. Next visit, I’m all in for wings and beer. Patty melt was spot-on; marbled rye and balanced flavors were perfect. Wife’s Reuben was a hit—shredded corned beef was unique, flavorful, and easy to eat. Highly recommend!

I am from Buffalo, NY and therefore, LOVE buffalo wings. The owners at this place are from Buffalo and they KNOW how to make buffalo wings. BEST wings in the Raleigh area! Trust me!!!
