Amazing food at a decent price and great quality ingredients on everything. I got off a flight really hungry and managed to order before they closed and the food was incredible. One of the best poke bowls I have ever had with very fresh ingredients even near closing. My partner and his brother-in-law also ordered poke bowls and both loved it. Nothing but praise, I would return if i'm ever in the area.
Dietary restrictions: You can make your own poke bowl with vegan ingredients, which was an incredible plus. All really tasty!
I decided to give this place a try since they have cooked protein options. Due to my health issues, I can’t digest raw fish well. The place is located inside Kashin. The bowl was delicious! Everything was prepared with care and seasoned well. Their Dynamite sauce went so well with the chicken I ordered. I would definitely return again! The only thing I wish could be different is that the non-sushi meat would be priced a little lower but otherwise a great find in the East Cary area.

I’ve been here twice, and the fish has been great both times! I got tuna and salmon. However, I also got avocado, and it’s been brown both times. It would be great if they could use fresher avocado, especially since they charge extra for it. In addition to this, the rice was chewy both times and there were even some pieces that were hard. It could definitely be cooked longer.

I get take out here often. It's not far from my work. I always get poke bowls. Loaded with all I can get. Always good, quick and affordable.
Food, selection, quality, service, and everything is bangin. Been craving and wanting a good poke spot and this hits all the marks. I absolutely love the hawaiian sauce and the additional toppings options.

We decided to try out this establishment which is part of a sister Japanese restaurant called Kashin. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. Our server was so kind and attentive to our needs we greatly appreciated her quality of service. We got an appetizer with 2 large separate poke bowls. The food was so good I finished it within 5 minutes. Portions were generous and we had room for their house dessert which complimented our meals so well. We will surely return again as we had such a great dining service and also try out more of their menu items from both Kashin and Poke Republic. A must try!

“Restaurant” is in another one with another name which is very confusing from a pick-up perspective. I drove around the shopping center about 3 times before figuring it out. Bowl was very good and fresh and a good price. Would definitely get again.

Oh, this place... it is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in the Triangle area, and now that I've learned they also sell poke bowls, they just topped the scale of goodness!
I stopped by today for lunch and ordered a custom bowl with 2 protein options: salmon and tuna, with all of the fixings and toppings I could ask for, plus eel sauce. It was perfect and only $13.95!
You can't beat the flavors, the ambiance, and the service. Kashin is a small, very small restaurant in a great location in Cary. A hidden gem I highly recommend to anyone looking for great sushi or poke bowls for lunch or dinner! Yum!

The Over the Rainbow Poké bowl was delicious. The Shrimp, Salmon and Tuna were all very fresh. The customer service was great. They answered any questions I had. The inside was extremely clean and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top quality poké in the Triangle.
